Fantastic serviice by manager Bob there. All the staff were engaging and seemed very happy in their work. Great rappore between staff. And Bob resolved my issue quickly and professionally and with a touch of humour.

Lovely experience i have back issues and a young man i believe to be named mithilesh helped me to carry each and every one of my bags. I am very satisfied with this and will certainly be returning!

I would highly recommend this wickes. I had an amazing worker called mith who helped me pick up the right tools i need and helped me get the correct lawnmower for my grass. his kindness mean everything as he didn't rush or make mistakes while trying to show me the right tools. Great place and great workers :)

Kieran, his boss and his collegues helped me when I came with a gift card from my daughter. I wanted to buy 'Cotswold stone chippings' in major bags. Unfortunately, I am living 5 miles outside the radius where Wickes Edinburgh usually delivers. (I got a delivery by Wickes about 5 years ago. Maybe, the radius was wider then.) Thanks to Kieran's boss and Kieran's efforts, I will have a delivery in 3 days. Thank you all so much. I got a surprise one day later, the delivery came two days earlier than announced.
