Wickes - Edinburgh Reviews 

I don’t usually write reviews but I feel that I need to write this one in order to share my really positive experience this morning at Wickes in Edinburgh:
As I was browsing in store, I was asked by ‘ Bob’ who works there if I needed any help.
I have never been asked that before at Wickesu. He then proceeded to spend 15 minutes with me being extremely helpful. He was courteous & knowledgeable and gave me plenty of good advice. As I was leaving, I noticed that he had started being as helpful with another customer.
Excellent service and people’s skill- Bob.

Walked in to get a bits & pieces, Met bob the manager he got me a discount for setting up a trade account within mins, Was really much apperciated friendly staff class service happy customer. cheers

Jordan at the Edinburgh branch was super helpful and professional. It was my first time there and was lost trying to find a particular item. Jordan noticed this and came to help and not only that, he also assisted me through out! I really appreciate the help and made me feel very comfortable. Great first experience. Thanks Jordan

A week after visiting the Edinburgh Wickes store twice on the same day I received a parking notice from G24 claiming I had been parked, according to their NPR system, for 188 minutes. Obviously this was incorrect but as I had not kept my two receipts, who does, I needed proof I had visited twice to object to the charge. I contacted the Branch and was put through to one of their team. They said they could not supply copy receipts but he took some details and said he would check the system and get back to me. 5 minutes later he did and said he could see my two purchase payments and said that if I sent him a photo of the parking notice he would contact G24 for me. This I did and the next day I received an email from him saying the ticket had been cancelled. Thanks again MS for being so helpful and looking after your customer. Cheers.

We used the free service of a kitchen design which was managed by Monika. She traveled to our home and did not waste time to take measurements and made no disruption for the short time she was there. Monika was also really helpful in the follow-up appointment at the Wickes store in Edinburgh to finalise the quote and made really welcoming suggestions. She is clearly a valuable asset to the team. Although we decided to go elsewhere for a kitchen, it was not because of Monika's service which is what has made this review five stars.

I booked a home visit and was called the day of. Asked to take photos and come to the shop. I have a variety of adjustments to potentially be made and you call a specialist to support you through that. Appalling service and certainly won’t be getting any business from myself going forward.

I would just like to thank Kieran and Shaun for their patience and advice. I needed paint for a very specific job and they were both very helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t recommend enough. Top work guys.

He went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, offering great recommendations and answering all our questions with patience. Thank you so much, Bob! You truly made my day.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Store had everything on my list and seemed well stocked. I also managed to purchase a couple of sale items that were further reduced as an incentive; so very satisfied with my visit!

When the store didn't have enough of the coving I needed, Morton couldn't have been more helpful and even helped me save 10% on the order by signing me up to the trade card. Can't ask for more than that!

Shout out to Bob and Monica. They are truly helpful and friendly.

Absolutely famtastic service from Bob, Ricky and the whole team! Incredibly friendly and welcoming, helped me out with my order and some issues I was having in record time and with no fuss!

I visited the Edinburgh branch to buy an oven for my daughter. The oven was ex-display so being sold at a special price.

I received excellent service from all the staff that I met. Once the sale was complete, the oven was put into my car by the staff.

And there was a staff member called Micah who was very kind and helpful and always smiling 😊
And the store manager bob was also brilliant towards me

Morton and Misha were fabulous. They gave me exactly the advice and products I wanted. They are a credit to the company and have great customer service skills. Thanks #TeamWickesEdinburgh

Paula Fabian did a home visit regarding a new kitchen. She was fantastic at her job without being too pushy. Would highly recommend her.
