Very poor service

Very poor service, I have purchased a front load automatic washing machine on 21-04-2026 from Aditya Vision Sasaram Bihar, but till now my machine has been not installed, I want to many times contacting with Service Mechanic but they blocked my number, they are demanding charges for Installation, I agree with him, but they not responding.

We have a whirlpool double door fridge…

We have a whirlpool double door fridge since last 20+ years it's working well but recently it got an issue gave a complaint to whirlpool customer support technician came and repaired it later with 2 days issue reoccur again I called the technician and complained to customer support since 3 days am back of them no one visited to solve the issue this is pathetic

Whirlpool is the worst and most…

Whirlpool is the worst and most terrible company.
I placed a request for AC service on the 17th, but received only one call after the 17th.
He gave me someone else's number, then the second one gave me a third one, then the third one gave me a fourth one. I just kept going, and finally, I got the same number as the lady I initially spoke with.
Finally mam suggest me for AMC.

Customer service

The company technician is charging extra money for a second visit within 24 hours of the first visit, without informing me in advance. This reflects very poor service.

Additionally, the technician does not seem to know how to properly check whether the motherboard is functioning. Instead, he is suggesting installing a new one just to see if the machine works, which is not a reliable approach.

He is asking for ₹5500 for a new motherboard without even confirming that the current one is actually faulty. This level of uncertainty is unacceptable.

What kind of service is the company providing after already charging ₹590 for the visit?

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM WHIRLPOOL!!

Hi Everyone, I want to share with all of you a highly unprofessional, unsatisfactory and disappointing experience that I've had with Whirlpool recently. We had bought a fridge (PROTTON ROY ALPHA STEEL) in 2018. We didn't know any better then that it was already a sub-standard product, and we had to fix it multiple time even when it was under warranty.

Anyway, cutting to the chase, we had purchased a AMC for the product on Dec 2024 for 2 years, costing us Rs. 5000, so that if some problem came again it'll be covered till Dec 2026. Now about 3 weeks ago, on 29th March 2026, we discovered that the fridge wasn't cooling and we had raised a complaint regarding the same. Next day Monday their technicians arrived and diagnosed that somehow gas had leaked and it needed a refill. We showed our AMC document of course, and he said the gas technician will arrive within 3 days. So after 3 days the gas technician came and tried to find the leak. He stayed for about an hour, but couldn't find any leaks, and said we need to take it to our workshop and went away.

Now started a series of calls to customer care, them giving some timeline, and of course whirlpool not commiting to it. Every time I called i recieved the same response, "Your complaint has been escalated, the technician will visit tomorrow first/second half/ will visit in 2 days, etc, etc"... We even called our local area service centre directly, they also said the same things, though mostly they didn't even answer our calls. Sometimes it also happened that the customer care people wanted to take me and the service centre on a conference call, but still they didn't pick any call. It continued for a while and even the "Escalation Department" got involved. Still no one came, or no one called. Mind you all through this I had to spend my days in this scorching heat, with my ailing Father and, old and ailing Grandparents. No cold water, multiple batches of food and groceries getting spoiled because of the heat, about 3 days of false commitments and harassment from Whirlpool. Finally I had to draw the line on 14th April (Tuesday) when I asked for a refund of my Rs 5000, since they were not able to deliver on their promises and guarantees. As usual no one called, 2 days passed, and judging by the situation of my home situation, because of Whirlpool non-professional attitude, on the 16th I was forced to buy a new fridge, exchanging the piece of junk that they were not able to fix. Now finally on 17th April (Friday) someone called stating he was coming to "Refill the gas". Mind you the last technician was not able to find the leak, and wanted to take it to their workshop. So they just somehow wanted to close this case by refilling the gas, even though the leak wasn't found, maybe later poisoning us all.

Now when he came, of course, I informed that I applied for a refund for my AMC and exchanged the fridge for a better one. Then I received a call from escalation department, stating "I refused the service and they won't give me any refunds." His exact words were "Agar insurance kahrid ke aap use na kare toh kya aap refund maangoge? Humne koi guarantee nahi diya tha ki itne time mein ho jayega" You can sense the level of how arrogant, unprofessional and mis-informed they whole company is. I complained within my AMC period, was given multiple timelines which they weren't able to meet and failed to deliver on their promises. In the end I received no compensation for the harassment and problems that i had to face because of Whirlpool. No accountability, no humanity, no shame, only greed and false promises.

So, I would really like to warn you all, please think 10 times before buying any Whirlpool product, else you'll also be subject to such harassment when your appliance malfunctions and you need to repair it.

Extremely disappointed with the service…

Extremely disappointed with the service from Whirlpool.

I have been facing issues with my modular kitchen microwave and have raised multiple service requests over the past few days. Despite repeated follow-ups and calls, no technician has shown up, nor have I received any proper update from their team.

This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Whirlpool. Customers expect timely support when appliances break down, but this experience has been frustrating and time-consuming.

I would not recommend Whirlpool based on my current experience. Hoping someone from the company takes this seriously and resolves the issue at the earliest.

I bought a Whirlpool AC one year ago

I bought a Whirlpool AC one year ago. I lost the remote and want to purchase an original remote, along with servicing for the AC. I contacted customer care, and they assigned a local service center. I clearly told them to visit on Saturday because I am not available on weekdays. However, for the last four weekends, they have neither attended my calls nor visited.

I received another contact number and called them, but instead of helping, they started blaming me. They said their technicians are good at their work and that it is my fault for not being available at home on weekdays. I also called customer care and explained the situation, but there has been no proper support.

Now, due to the delay and lack of response, I am calling a local AC technician who can help resolve the issue.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. I purchased a washing machine which was delivered on Thursday. But till Saturday they are unable to send technician to my address. Continuosly they are updating my address but have no information when technician will visit . On Sunday CCE was informing me that I have to wait till Monday to get a technician. If you guys don't have control over your technician then inform the matter at the very time of product purchase. We will switch to other brand. I advise others that customer service is poor, so know it before any purchase.

worst service ever i use in life . i purchased a new split ac 1.5 ton in the date 02-04-2026 it was installed 05-04-2026 but AC was not working on that installation day and i was submit complaint againts that so many times but their is no any responce for till now.
i suggest dont buy any product of whirlpool ever an ever.

Worst refrigerator

Bought this Whirlpool single-door fridge thinking it’s a reliable brand, but honestly disappointed. Cooling is inconsistent — sometimes it freezes vegetables, other times milk spoils quickly. The freezer builds up too much ice, so I have to defrost frequently which is annoying.

Within a few months, I started hearing loud noises from the compressor, especially at night. The build quality also feels cheap — door shelves are flimsy and don’t hold heavy bottles properly.

Biggest issue is service. When I contacted customer care, the response was slow and the technician visit took days. For this price range, I expected much better performance and support. Not recommended if you want hassle-free usage.

Worst service experience

Worst service experience. Extremely unprofessional service. Took advance payment, failed to fix the issue, and instead damaged my refrigerator further. Left the job incomplete and stopped responding. Complaint was closed without resolution. Completely unacceptable experience.
