Fantastic place to shop

I recently got into collecting baseball cards for my enjoyment and found an app that suits my needs for collecting. So far, it’s been an amazing experience with all the sellers on Whatnot and all their collectible memorabilia of baseball cards, football cards, etc. Also chatting with the sellers and the buyers on the app is very easy and entertaining. I have followed a few sellers and the experience with them has been amazing. Their customer service their professionalism, and of course the products. I did have one issue with a seller recently after buying a few of their baseball cards they had a giveaway of a really nice card and I won the giveaway but never received it. I went back-and-forth with the seller and it seemed to me He was very short during our text conversations. I felt like he did not wanna do anything about it and was giving me the runaround and I felt that was very unprofessional. So it looks like he had sent the giveaway to another customer after over a week not hearing from him, and his responses were very short as if he didn’t know who he sent it to and his last statement was. I’m waiting on the customer who received it response. So I didn’t want it to expire as far as purchasing the two cards and not receiving the giveaway so I contacted Whatnot support and within two hours, they gave me a credit based on the text messages from the seller and I. They did their investigation and handled the situation professionally and apologize for any inconvenience and for not receiving the giveaway that I expected. I thought that was satisfying, but then again I did not receive the giveaway that was truly an amazing card and someone else got it and I never received it. So I just wanna end it by saying thank you Whatnot support for doing what you did on one of your sellers on your app which I felt he did not act accordingly. I will continue to buy from Whatnot app, but I will not follow that seller anymore. Overall, I’m satisfied with the outcome and for Whatnot support did for me.

Extremely disappointing experience with Whatnot’s returns process.
I recently returned an item purchased through Whatnot in the UK, expecting the return and refund process to be handled in accordance with Whatnot’s own returns policy and terms and conditions.
What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that Whatnot’s own terms state that they would arrange the return, yet they did not do so. Instead, I was required to return the item to the USA, despite the purchase being made in the UK.
To make matters worse, Whatnot refused to cover the customs/import fees associated with returning the item. As a result, I am now over £100 out of pocket simply because I followed the return process they required.
And after all of this, rather than refunding me to my original payment method, Whatnot has issued me store credit.
This is completely unacceptable. I followed the return process, incurred significant additional costs returning an item internationally, and was then left to absorb over £100 in customs fees — despite Whatnot’s own terms stating that they would arrange the return.
If Whatnot expects customers to follow its terms and conditions, then it should follow them too. Customers should not be financially penalised because Whatnot fails to follow its own published returns process.
I have contacted customer support, but instead of properly resolving the issue and reimbursing the costs I have incurred, I have been left with store credit that I did not ask for.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Whatnot. A UK customer should not have to be over £100 out of pocket and forced to accept store credit after following a return process that Whatnot itself failed to handle as stated in its own terms.

Still getting used to it lol but had a few things and been great

The quality of the items was garbage. The seller refused to refund my money after I canceled. I reached out to Whatnot, and they offered to refund my money once I received my package. I let them know I had received the package and, once again, that I didn’t want it. The response was different from what I was told previously. So this is what you have to deal with. Oh, okay! I believe I had got a response back from two different representatives. But the situation has now been taken care of by Whatnot.

Bunch of crooked sellers that what not will not stand behind. Run now. Run fast. Pay more !!!

Its fun. Shopping on a budget. Items gets shipped quick. Im able to find vintage stuff. Also great for TCG and Sports card collectors.

I so enjoy what not auctions. Joseph the jeweler has very nice jewelry and the auction process is seamless. What not communication is on point. I love what not above all others.

Whatnot has been a joy in many ways. The everlasting entertainment that the auctions provide, to the opportunity to purchase something you never thought you’d ever find.

I look forward to having my first auction, after we move.
When you have so many things you can’t count them, well it’s time to make some money AND have a blast doing it.

I’ve bought several items on Whatnot at excellent prices. I love that the auctions are quick, and easy to participate. I love that there’s an endless variety of product categories, and sellers to choose from. The chat and giveaways also make it fun to participate. Great app!

The sneakers I bought did not match the US shoe size chart.
I bought a 9.5M, which should be a 43 Euro size, but it turns out to be a 41 Euro size. I am so disappointed and skeptical about trusting what the sellers put out because of their no-return/ no swap policy
