I don’t typically leave reviews

I don’t typically leave reviews, but my last interaction with West End Motorsports warrants a positive review. I order a set of 4.5” BAM stick mufflers with zombie baffles. They shipped within a day and indicated to be delivered a couple days later. However, I could not find the package at my home and my neighbor's hadn’t seen it. I contacted UPS and went through the claim process to attempt to find my package or a replacement. After a week of no update I contacted UPS for an update. I was told I needed to contact West End directly. I contacted them and they got involved in the claim on Feb 3rd. After that someone from UPS came to my house to attempt locating the missing package. A few days later I was notified my package couldn’t be located and the claim was closed. Yesterday 2/13 UPS stopped at my house and to my surprise, a replacement package was sent. Their customer service always responded in a timely manner and was polite. Overall the process was painless, but took longer than desired. That’s to be expected when everyone is following their policies and procedures. I would highly recommend them for your parts and accessories.

Awful customer service/ does not stand behind product

I ordered some front and rear motorcycle floorboards. 20 minutes later I found them online for $150 less so I tried to cancel the order. They would not let me and said I had to receive them and then return them at my own cost. Shipping was $60 so I said Id just keep them. Then there was a bolt missing. I asked if they woudl replace it but they said they dont do that. I will NEVER purchas from this company again.

Doesn't respond. Didn't ship

Ordered a tuner. Confirmed the order, then order went to processing shipment and has been like that for 2 weeks. They do not respond to emails. Filed a complaint with my credit card company to get resolution or refund so I can go by a part. Bad company, very poor customer service.

Customer Service - I don't think so.

Just want to make sure that customers are aware that Westend Motorsports President Mike Deluca is not a trustworthy person. We rented a property from him in Florida for November 2025 occupancy. We cancelled in February giving him way more than the 60 days required in the contract and lots of time to find another tenant. He chose to keep our $500 deposit. He has not had the courtesy to return our phone calls or emails and what he has done is against the law in Florida. I will be reporting him the Better Business Bureau, the Courtside Landings HOA Association, filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) and taking him to small claims court. I would think twice about dealing with someone who would stiff his customer. It could happen to you.

Customer service needs tune up

I like that you can get your product practically by the next day. I love that. However; when it comes to receiving defective products, they need to work on it. I purchased some saddlebags and got them the very next day! When I was able to actually start to install them, I think three days from arrival, I open the box and inspected all the parts for my new saddlebags. One of the pieces was defective. I called the manufacturer - went totally no where on that because on the website they do not tell you that the company is now under new management. The manufacturer of these saddlebags don't even have parts. I was told that I would have to buy a whole new set of saddlebags!!! UNBELIEVABLE RIGHT?! The store representative of West End Motorsports, which I will refrain the name, he told me that he will send me the new part that was defective after I sent him pictures via email of the defective part. So I waited and waited for a week and then I thought I would reach out to find out the status of the new part. Another rept. answered my question to tell me that I had to send the defective part to them first. This was the first I heard of this. No one called me back or even emailed me. So now I'm stuck with a defective part, sending the defective part back to them, IDK, would probably take God knows how long. So now I have saddlebags that I can't use because of poor communication on their part.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. I purchased the insurance on my order for extra protection. Half my order shipped. The other half was placed on a 6 week back order even though their website said it was in stock. I called to cancel and was told no problem send the half order back and we will cancel. I was then charged $95 for restocking. Seller is a drop shipper and does not keep inventory in stock.

BUYER BEWARE

It is unfortunate that West End Motorsports is still operating and bilking consumers out of their hard earned money. I recently ordered mufflers for my ride. After selecting my ride and the mufflers, I emailed them to make sure my selection was for a pair as it was stated as mufflers (plural) and verify price. I received confirmation back that it was for a pair. I had open the end flap, and taken out the whole packed assembly with the muffler, because I only received one, and took it out to fit it up next to the bike. It was obvious it was the wrong pipe. At some point the website apparently change the model selection when I was going back-and-forth, looking at different mufflers, and I did not catch it on the cart page, which ending up with the wrong part ordered. Okay…oops. I proceeded to call the company and was yelled at angrily and told that it was my fault and that I would have to pay return shipping. Once received, then I could order the correct part. I didn’t wish to argue so I paid the return shipping fee. There was no mention of a restocking fee and I did not think to ask as I had already looked at the website FAQ's link and the Contact Us link, and neither mentioned one.
I re-boxed the muffler exactly the way it came and taped the end shut. I printed out the return label and sent it back. When I didn’t hear anything, I contacted them again through email and they told me I had not included the return shipping form. When I went to fill out the return form I, for the first time saw that they were charging a restocking fee. This fee was 20% of the purchase! I again called to talk to them about this and was screamed at over the phone by the owner and told that I should’ve seen that before when I ordered the part. The owner kept talking over me to the point I had to yell back just to stop him and speak. When I explained that it was ridiculously high, he said it,"takes a lot of time to unpack, inspect, and repack the item" and that "the return policy is clearly on the website". Any reputable company puts their shipping policies under the FAQ' S or contact us links. Instead, they buried it in an obscure link on the website called "web links"; the owner (he claimed) told me that he just copied the website from another company.
Reputable companies use "web links" to put things that are of interest to customers who order their products, such as links to things or places relevant to the product they sell. By burying their policy, in an obscure place, they make a lot of extra money, at your expense, in exorbitant restocking fees. They have nothing to offer you except to scam you out of your cash through a deceptive website and hidden policy. This business is nothing but a drop shipper; I bought the exact same mufflers from the manufacturer as I would have repurchased, for the exact same price and free shipping. The Manufacturers shipping label was from the identical address as the wrong item sent by West End Motorsports, which screams drop shipper. Manufacturer has no restocking fee rip offs, and their shipping policies clearly stated in the FAQ‘s link like any reputable company. I recommend you stay with the bigger, proven businesses that clearly state their policies, in a place that can be found easily and can carry on a reasonable discourse to resolve problems. Not just yell at you to hide their incapability to be a professional company.
