Very Bad Services

My experience with WES has been very bad.
They gave me an estimated completion date of September 1, 2026, but today is September 5 and I still have no update on my account and have not received my ECA report.
I contacted their representatives, and every time I was told to wait another 24 hours. My immigration process is stuck because I am waiting for this document.
To be honest, I am very disappointed with the service. I would recommend looking at other options if you need your documents for an important immigration deadline.
