My experience with World Education Services (WES) was good overall. The credential evaluation process required patience and careful submission of the required documents, but I was able to track the progress of my application through my online account. Once my documents were received and reviewed, my evaluation was completed successfully. I appreciate the service provided and the role WES played in helping me move forward with my nursing credential assessment for Canada.

I WOULDNT USE! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY
They were almost impossible to get hold of. They only allow you to use one of your qualifications, ( if your like me i have 3, i was a trade who got into site management all my education is useful) They DID NOT contact my uni. i had to do this on their behalf because of the time difference they refused to do it and said they couldn't contact them ( it was for CANADA PR my uni was in ENGLAND) so i paid to do all the work myself- It took a long time for them to complete the report depsite the fact i did the work for them and they down graded my uni degree to a one year college diploma in Canada. LOL. When you eventually get hold of somebody ( i think they are based in France so you cant call, nobody will ever answer the phone, it takes days to get a responce) You then speak to somebody different everytime, they don't keep notes so you have to start again each time. When you do get them are RUDE. waste of time , waste of money. Got to any of the other 4 that are available for your education assessment. This is just a money scam.

I have paid for the fast process and uploaded all my documents a few days ago now. All I get as an answer is a stupid AI system or a basic AI email. Are we for real ? That system is so bad, it is so unprofessional to pay such a price for such a service. I just can not believe it. So hard to get in touch with them but so easy for them to make you pay. At this point I just hope someone will answer and tell me whats going on !

I had a terrible experience with WES. Don't trust them.
I started my evaluation process several months before the school deadline. I sent them the documents, but they told me they hadn't received them. Then, magically, they found the documents. Great.
After that, without telling me anything, they decided to change my evaluation from CXC to DXD. I tried to reach out to them, but they ignored me, answering other emails but never telling me why they had made that decision.
But they were going to evaluate my documents, so better than nothing...
Two days later, after telling me that they were in the process of evaluating my documents, again without telling me anything, they completely cancelled my order.
Now I can't apply to schools for the next year because I decided to trust them with my evaluation. Thanks a lot, WES.
Please avoid them. If applying to a school in the US is important to you, please don't trust them.

Efficient service. Would recommend WES for educational evaluations. Their website is a bit tricky to navigate but the service is good.

WES made the credential-evaluation process clear and easy to follow. I appreciated the helpful status updates and the secure process for submitting my academic documents. The instructions were straightforward, and I could easily track the progress of my application.
