I am greatful that my prescription is…
I am greatful that my prescription is delivered to my house and the ordering process is smooth. However, sometimes the delivery takes so long that I actually run out of medication despite putting my request in early. Currently I have requested medication on 18 September 2026 and it still has not arrived. This means I run out oy my hormone medication tomorrow and have to miss my medication until it arrives. This means calling Well pharmacy again, which is difficult as I am severely sight impaired. Otherwise, you provide a good service.

ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL
Yet again my Prescription not only didnt arrive on time, But Medication was not dispatched all together, Pain Re life Missing from the Order, 6 Days later than intended, on other occasions Morphine left outside on the step. NO MORE thank you.

We are aware that you have already reached out to our customer care team who have responded to your message regarding your order. The order update shows the order has since been delivered the 1st of October.
Your medication was issued across three different prescriptions. Depending on the medication some may be in stock to send out sooner than others. Some items including controlled drugs may be required to be ordered in, these may take longer than others which can result in orders being dispatched at different times.

Your latest parcel was dispatched via Royal Mail 48 hour untracked, this will be why you did not receive a tracking number in your dispatch e-mail. Having checked the order status this does appear to have since been delivered today the 1st of October.

Your latest prescription was not received until the 18th of September. We do recommend allowing 7 working days from the point you request the prescription to receiving the delivery unless you need to contact us regarding urgent orders.
This is bound by the timescales it takes surgeries to issue prescriptions, which can take up to 3 working days. We then require up to a further 3 working days to allow prescriptions to process through our system and to be dispensed and 2-4 working days to allow our external courier, Royal Mail, to deliver as we use Royal Mail 48hour service. Please note: Some orders might take longer due to stock availability, but we endeavour to contact customers in the event of any stock issue/delays.
