Dropped a prescription in
Dropped a prescription in and they said it would be 20 minutes so I said I would do some shopping. 15 minutes later I got a text saying it was ready to pick up. I thought that was brilliant service

Nothing but problems with their online…
Nothing but problems with their online ordering service, have had to go numerous days without medication because of the service, they either delete orders when you try and get them in advance dated, or just ignore them, you then try and email someone and they just email back saying sorry for not coming back, do you still have a query, er yes as you never even answered the other one, have now moved service to Boots (a proper company) if you want your prescriptions delivered, stay Well away from well!!!

The last three times I have order my…
The last three times I have order my prescriptions through their service the delivery took over 8-9 days to arrive after my GP approved them. Unreliable, especially if you don’t want to be nervous about a prescription running out. I have now switched my provider after giving them enough chances.
