Avoid them by all means!!! Every time I go to get my prescription I am being asked to go shopping and come back in 20/30 minutes. Az if I need to do shopping every time I have a prescription. Raised complaints with staff every time for the past 7/8 years, nothing changed. Last week they told me the same story: COME BACK IN 20 minutes. Couldn’t wait and could not take time off work until 3/4 days after. Showed up there to be told I haven’t left any prescription and to be sent home to look for it and COME BACK. Went home searched my whole house and my car and didn’t find it as I HAD LEFT IT WITH THE PHARMACY 5 days before this. Went back to them and spoke to their SUPERINTENDENT who continued to throw accusations, who wouldn’t take any responsibility nor check the CCTV as I asked just to clarify who was right. I ended up going to Well Pharmacy at Jubilee who served me straightaway (waited 10 minutes in total for them to enter the details into their system).
People at Birchwood Wells Pharmacy are a disgrace for this small community who counts on them at a difficult time in their lives.
They show no empathy, they are inconsiderate to people, they are not willing to help and they always turn their backs on you when you hold them accountable for their errors.
