Very knowledgeable about all products…

Very knowledgeable about all products and very polite when speaking to the staff.
Should however give a clear contact details.
As I needed to ask a question and did not know how to get in touch so I booked a vidio call. When I got the vidio call the lady said my question did not need a vidio call in a very rude manner. But apart from her rude manner everyone else has been lovely

Terrible service

Terrible service! Prescription approved by surgery but not delivered and hours spent trying to contact you online and by phone. We’re moving our custom to Boots
