I ordered a new watch strap on the 18th of July it had the wrong address, the postman delivered it to two different addresses so I did not receive my order. I have not been sent a new order.

Embarrassing customer service
I bought a one piece mondaine strap from them and they sent it folded in half so the quality of the strap had already been compromised and fraying at the edges. The reason I bought a replacement for one ived used for years before it got to that point.
I have emailed then 2 times, called and send a message via their web form and still no response. If the product was okay then I guess they'd get more stars but any issues and the business doesnt deal with it at all. Id give this place a miss
Edit- they responded to my enquiry 3 hours after this review it could be coincidence but I emailed them 2 weeks ago. They have refunded me for the strap and told me to keep which would be a good resolution IF it hadn't taken 2 weeks and posting a bad review. Needs better customer service for sure. I also still dont have a strap i can use as they dont have any more in stock.

Just purchased a Strap for my Tissot T-race Limited Edition 2012 watch and as expected its perfect.. Very quick delivery.. (less than a week).. The strap is very hard to find now so very pleased Watch.co.uk had 1 in stock... I've bought a number of straps from them and always been spot on and you know they are 100% genuine from these guys..

Poor delivery
The product is fine having bought 3 before. The address label had been cut off incorrectly resulting in my name, house number and postcode being half chopped off. It was delivered to 7 instead of 17 and only my careful detective work tracked it down.

No refund after more than 2 months
I originally ordered a watch from Watch.co.uk on 5th June 2025, with a due delivery date of 11th June. When I called on that date, I was told they didn’t have the product in stock. I cancelled my order the same day.
Since then, I have contacted their customer service more than five times, always being told “your refund will be processed soon.” By 30th July, I still had no refund, so I posted my review here.
Update (12 August): I emailed Watch.co.uk after posting my review, but they have not replied — and my refund is still missing. It has now been over two months since I cancelled the order. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding this company.

My Review of Watch:
I'll start by noting that they are selling counterfeit products. The Apple watch straps are genuinely ones you will find on a backstreet flea market, and they are promoting them as legitimate Apple products. The customer service is so poor that the only deduction I can make is that they are a fraudulent entity.
False advertising and substandard products and services. Do not buy from this organisation. I say this again, I urge any customer reading this not to buy from this organisation, you will regret it. I sent my products back - have no refund (which seems to be an recurring theme on here for this org) and they have not sent the products back. The issue is that significant that I have had to ask my bank to support a chargeback.
It is frightening that an org like this still exists. Nothing about this experience was pleasant and I believe 1 star is generous.

Poor service,
I was offered next day delivery confirming the date I would receive it at the checkout. Although this was exorbitant and twice the price Royal Mail Special Delivery would have charged I paid this as I needed the strap the following day. However Watch.co.uk didn't actually ship the strap till the following day causing it to arrive late. Even though this was their failure they refused to refund the exorbitant shipping cost.

Disappointed with the watch strap
Company based in NL, hence extortionate shipping cost.Said to be original Mondaine watch strap but nothing like the last 3 I have replaced - there are no easy release push pins, so, lacking manual dexterity it will cost me anothe £10 to get it fitted. It also does not look like the pic - it has a horrible metal bar on the fastener. Too expensive to return.
