I've contacted customer service on separate occasions and received ZERO COMMUNICATION BACK!!! very frustrating as I sit here with a product under £100 and no good to me. Seems to be the only way customer service respond is by putting on here an honest review so 🙏 I hear back. The cash ive put out on this could be used to feed or clothe my disabled parent

A real Time machine
A real Time machine! Casio DW5000R-A1 recent reprint of the first 1983 G-shock has taken me back to the excitement of getting my first G back in 1987. Sold out and on preorder everywhere else in the UK I ordered this beauty from watch.co.uk late on Saturday afternoon and received an order confirmation straight away with an eta of within 10 days. I received a further update mid Monday morning telling me my watch had been checked over and despatched, tracking and a Royal Mail delivery time slot for Friday morning was also provided. The Watch arrived on time, well packaged, clearly brand new in original box and cloth bag, in pristine condition with all tags, protective stickers manual, stamped Casio 1 year warranty card, and an extended watch.co.uk warranty guarantee. Given this watch is replacing my first G-shock which is still running and lasted 38 years before the resin case crumbled I shouldn’t think I’ll need the warranties but nevertheless they’re provided. Very happy first time customer of watch.co.uk I would not hesitate to order from them again!

Everything was fine until I tried to return an item. It is showing as delivered on tracking 2 weeks ago but customer services are not responding to my emails and not acknowledging they have received it. Still waiting for a response
Edit. They replied to me once I got the automated email eventually confirming the refund. Very slow but we got there in the end

Communication was good, order got on time and a good looking watch with a nice but not boring vibe
I placed my order and immediately received the confirmation, delivery date, etc., and the delivery was on time.
I like the watch since I like rectangular watches with retro vibes. I would keep the size of the dial but make the frame maybe 2 mm thicker to make it look a bit bigger; after all, this is 2025. I have ordered the T24 Blue version, which is more versatile and more comfortable than the JLC Reverso. One start has been deducted since the warranty has not been stamped, and I need to contact them about that.
