Delicious pasty! My partner tried one for the first time and thought it was awesome :) Thank you!

I have visited the Warren's Bakery branch in Slough several times and have had the same disappointing experience every time I use one of their £1 coffee vouchers.
The moment I present the voucher, the staff's attitude changes completely. I feel like I'm being treated differently just because I'm using a promotion that Warren's Bakery itself offers. Today (around 6:55 am), the same lady who usually serves me was again very rude. There was no smile, no friendly greeting, no "thank you," and the coffee wasn't made to the usual standard.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with the same respect whether I'm paying full price or using a valid voucher. Instead, I was made to feel as though I was asking for a free coffee, which is unacceptable.
If Warren's Bakery doesn't want customers to use these vouchers, then they should stop taking part in the promotion rather than making customers feel unwelcome for using them.
This has happened on multiple occasions, not just once. Unfortunately, because of the poor customer service at the Slough branch, I won't be returning.

Delicious and ready to go. I like the rolls especially.

Advertise as a local bakery but provide mass produced items that are sold at ridiculous prices.

Not traditional Cornish pasty meat should not be mince and not very well seasoned. Over priced

Very disappointed with the large traditional pasty i purchased at the Trago Mills outlet. Lots of filling!! But very small amount of meat! Overwhelmed with onion.

Visited the st Ives store. Staff were very friendly and helpful with our food allergies and intolerances. Food was lovely and would definitely come back

Just bought a large traditional pasty at Liverpool Street Station. Not impressed!
Doubtful if it contained the legal minimum of 12.5%
The pastry was overcooked and the pasty had little flavour.
I'm from Devon and know a good and bad pasty! This is bad 👎

Recently visited the Basingstoke branch and received super friendly and outstanding customer service from Kieran, who went over and above to ensure customer satisfaction. It was greatly appreciated and the pasties were yummy too!

We always have exceptional service from Warrens in Hayle, the lovely lady working this Sunday afternoon was a delight, after encountering a very rude person at another bakery, we are so glad we went to Warrens in Hayle. I’d like the lovely lady to be recognised for the wonderful hospitality & her warm, genuine attitude she brings every time we see her, I forgot to grab her name but she’s got lovely brown hair and wears glasses. We will definitely be back for our sausage rolls soon 😋

Such a shame as so much potential and I'd be a regular customer if food hot and had more choice!

Went into warren's bakery for breakfast the baps was not buttered and the amricano coffee was not filled up to the top. But we asked for americanos but gave us coffee we are not happy with that.

I absolutely love Warren's bakery, the one inside Cardiff Central train station is lovely. The cakes and bakes are great, the staff are always friendly and they do a loyalty scheme so what more can you ask for!

Barnstaple branch staff go on smoke breaks instead of serving customers. Do they get paid just to smoke? This is a regular occurrence in this shop.

Poor customer service (wrong order given and then inconveniences me by putting refunds through the till and the two items cost the same thing) and the pizza bread should be considered a war crime.

Horrific swore and locked the door behind a family of 4 making my grandchildren cry.

I now see after 4 years of custom why this women has been working there you are always empty at peak times.

4 years of custom lost, off to Greggs next door from now like everyone. My smart glasses video is for all to see on YouTube and have sent it to the police..yes that horrific Scottish woman.

We went to Warren's at Trago Mills Newton Abbott very very expensive £2 50. For a cream doughnut, £5 95.for a pasty,very rude girl that served us,shall not return.
