April & May 2026 They give me plenty of call backs to remind me it was time to speak to the agents especially Aiden who personally gave me a direct contact details on what's app or phone & email to get straight in touch with him rather than waiting in a call queue & on 6th May 2026 He was very helpful & tailored the warranty to my van needs explaining in detail what I'm covered for in the warranty first policy
He sent all the information over Via email pointed out the sections that applied in the warranty booklet. To give me time read all the renewal details, & then Gave me a call back exactly on the time we agreed on at teatime about the individual pricing parts of the warranty. Looked after me with been a loyal customer & price was very fair for the two years of cover. Very personalised renewal process, taking time with phone conversation excellent Agent , I would certainly agree Aidan & other colleagues at warranty first get a nice thank you for the great customer service. Possibly get a hamper or vouchers for doing a fabulous job for Warranty First 🥇🏆🎉

They good until something goes wrong
They were very friendly and helpful when I took out the policy. 6 months down the line lost my job and wanted to cancel, even if it comes with a fee. Turns out you cannot cancel. I felt they are just as corporate as many other organisations, I wish I wasnt in the situation to must cancel everything until I find a new job. Don't even use the car anymore but still pay £51 a month for warranty.

Unfortunately, as your request to cancel the plan was well outside of the 14 day cooling off period, cancellations are not possible, and the payments would need to be continued until the end of the agreed period.
The plan will continue to provide cover until expiry.

Dealing with Warranty First is a delight from repair enquiry to authorisation and payment.
The individuals are very aware of the process they explain it well and execute what they promise.
I have dealt with Barbara, Cari and Mohamed all were pleasant efficient and reliable. I couldn’t recommend this business enough. I’ve dealt with some dodgy operators in my time when it comes to car warranties this is not one of them.

Amazing Customer Service
Just renewed my warranty for my Range Rover Sports with an amazing repair plan specialist, Chantelle French🙌 honestly what a breath of fresh air. I was putting it off as I hate speaking to sales people but she really made a difference. No hard selling just affordable and appropriate options, I’m so glad she called me.
