Bad bad bad
Bad! 2 hours before the concert - no tickets. Spent 1 hour with them on a chat and just kept receiving the same answers “we are working on it” as if it was a bot; calling didn’t work as it kept saying they could not recognise my order number.
A super stressful experience! I bought tickets 8 months before the event and ended up getting my tickets 1 hour before the event. Ruined my experience. I’ll never use it again.

I recently tried to purchase tickets through Vivid Seats and was required to create accounts and complete verifications on both Vivid Seats and AXS. The process involved multiple steps, constant toggling between websites, and using both my computer and phone.
The verification process was especially difficult:
I had to deal with repeated security steps and account setups on two separate platforms.
My phone could not scan the required QR code.
When I downloaded a QR scanner app as suggested, it immediately began spamming me with notifications and ads.
What should have been a straightforward ticket purchase turned into a two-hour ordeal that left me exhausted and nearly in tears. This level of multi-step verification and cross-platform friction is unnecessary and extremely customer-unfriendly.
Vivid Seats and AXS need to simplify their verification and purchasing process. Forcing customers through this many hurdles—especially when buying from a secondary marketplace—creates a terrible experience and discourages future purchases.
I hope you will review and improve this workflow so other customers don’t have to suffer through the same nightmare.
