Vivid seats customer service excels
Whoever took my phone. All from 4193208939 on July 25 deserves a bonus, raise, or whatever awards can be given. Our tickets for Cody Johnson were accepted on Ticketmaster fraudulently from someone else. We were unable to get our tickets, Ticketmaster told us to get lost and hung up on us, and this gentleman on the phone was polite, checked in while we were on hold, and got us new tickets so we could go to the event. This was a disaster and he made everything right

First time user, so far seems to have worked. We received our tickets for an upcoming show. Bit confusing with multiple emails and downloading another app to receive the tickets but it seems to have all worked out and a very fair price compared to other sites.
