There is ZERO customer service just a merry-go round of you can do this on the app, go to the and it says you have to do this on website. FAQ says my request can be easily handled in chat. THERE IS NO FLIPPIN CHAT, IT DOESN@T EXIST. They haven't tested their own website to see if everything works, I am left right back where I started and despite the app FAQ's and the website FAQ's telling me it can be EASILY but ONLY handles by a customer service rep, THERE IS NO FLIPPIN CUSTOMER SERVICE REP!!!! For goodness sake people, it's not difficult, just sort your mess out. Not worth giving them my 2000 USD and hacked off that I already have. Useless, utterly useless

It was quick
It was quick, but moving the tickets to the correct app wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. It was hard to find where they ended up (they are in my LiveNation/Ticketmaster account now). It is unclear if I can open the tickets from the LiveNation or Ticketmaster app or if I have to transfer them to my Google Wallet (which I hate using).

Usually, if the tickets are in your primary market account, you should be able to open them directly there.
