It was quick, but moving the tickets to the correct app wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. It was hard to find where they ended up (they are in my LiveNation/Ticketmaster account now). It is u... See more

I purchased a ticket for Innervisions New York (Order #80490478) through Vivid Seats after selecting a listing advertised simply as “General Admission”.
The listing I purchased did not state that it was a DAY ticket. It only displayed:
* General Admission
* Row GA
* Event start: 3:00 PM
My order confirmation also only states General Admission, Row GA.
However, when my ticket was transferred through DICE, it was clearly labeled DAY.
The issue is not that the ticket is invalid. The issue is that the ticket type delivered was not clearly disclosed before purchase.
What makes this even more confusing is that on the exact same Vivid Seats page there were other listings explicitly labeled:
DAY (Outdoors, 3pm–10:30pm)
for approximately $72, while the listing I purchased was highlighted by Vivid Seats as a “10.0 Fantastic Deal” for $98.
If I wanted a Day-only ticket, I would have purchased the clearly labeled $72 Day ticket instead of paying $98 for a listing that never identified itself as Day-only.
I spent several hours attempting to resolve this.
* Multiple chat sessions disconnected.
* I waited on hold by phone while my case was escalated.
* After waiting for the internal team’s response, the call disconnected immediately after the representative said they had a resolution.
* I had to call back again and repeat my case for a third time.
I provided screenshots of:
* the original listing,
* my order confirmation,
* and the DICE ticket showing “DAY.”
I’m disappointed not only with how the listing was presented but also with the amount of time required to receive assistance.
Update after Vivid Seats’ public response:
Vivid Seats has now publicly stated that my listing “clearly indicated it was a DAY ticket, as it showed Section: Day, Row: GA.”
That statement is inconsistent with the screenshots I retained before and after my purchase. Throughout my conversations with customer support, I repeatedly asked representatives to show me where the Day designation was disclosed before checkout. No one was able to point me to it. Instead, I was told that their internal system showed the ticket as a Day ticket.
I shared my screenshots and supporting documentation directly with Vivid Seats during my case review, and despite reviewing them, they maintained that the ticket was a Day ticket without providing the listing that allegedly showed “Section: Day” at the time of my purchase.
If Vivid Seats maintains that this information was clearly displayed before or after purchase including the receipt I received from Vivid Seats after I paid, I respectfully ask them to provide the exact purchase-time listing supporting that claim.
I have retained screenshots of the listing, my order confirmation, the DICE ticket, and my communications with customer support. If anyone from Vivid Seats or Trustpilot would like to review the complete email chain and supporting documentation, I would be happy to provide it.

I had confusion at first but I realized it was signed into with the wrong email

We tried ticket master with no luck, with Vivid 15 minutes and we had our tickets.

Ease of operation/site navigation and layout. Logical sequential approach and transition through ensuing steps to payment and conclusion. BUT... too many redirects and download steps; not everyone wants to have seldom-used apps et al on their devices, nor be bombarded with "stuff" that we don't want.

The process was easy. The ticket seems to be a screenshot of the ticket. Screenshots usually doesn’t work for entry. Will most likely need the ticket transferred to me.
