Convenient but Pricey Tickets
Since I don’t have a smartphone, I couldn’t download the app to get the tickets. I had to wait until the afternoon the day before the show to receive the tickets, which made me nervous. The tickets were expensive, each $40 more than our neighbor in the balcony.

I could not find my ordered tickets. The program is a week away and I started to get worried. I was assured they would be delivered via email before the concert.

rather thanmy paid electronic ticket be sent in a simole sfraight forward fashion i was forced to download yet another app i dont want create an account wirh an uneccessarily complex password then also required to download ticket master app - same hassle now 2x... forget it! to many complicated steps!
