i've never had anything but positive experiences with this company. 100% authentic product with an easy to navigate platform.
and their customer-service is first-rate.
most recently one of their team-members, agnieszka, made an effort to help me successfully resolve a last-minute shipping issue.
and all my previous interactions with them have been similarly fair and helpful.
love every aspect of this company, from how they style their clothes on live models .. the care and attention in how they prepare and pack items for shipment .. to how easy they make returns.

I returned my marc.jacob bag, which had faded terribly after only having the bag for less than 6 months. This was in Sept 25. It's now November and I still haven't had my refund. Apparently the item is lost which isn't my fault and I am still waiting fory money back. I will not be buying from this company again!

My experience with Vitkac was amazing, is a trust store, all original products and the customer service is really great! They reply in a couple minutes and if not possible in a few hours. Please don't order from this store. We ordered kids toy, a dolls head with hair accessories, back in August, and the company firstly accused us of lying before making us wait a month, only to tell us today that the courier said we "accepted the parcel" when the box was on the floor when we opened the door and the driver walked away. The box we received had only packaging in it, no toy anywhere to be seen!!! Over £60+ on a birthday present our child now doesn't have because of this awful company!! Avoid buying from these people at all costs!!!!! Total scammers & ruined my child's birthday!!! Can’t believe that way we’ve be treated. Not a single offer to replace the present, let alone refund the order so we could buy again!!!!! Beyond upset frustrated and offended by the entire interaction with this awful company.
Also would like to add, I commented on their instagram to share my experience and to warn other customers / people of this shop and they just keep deleting my comments instead of replacing or refunding the order!!!!

I placed an order on August 19th for an Isabel Marant blouse, for a total of $515.55. A few days after it was shipped, I saw in the Fedex tracking that the parcel was stuck in the USA, in their Memphis hub. I contacted Fedex who told me that the box had arrived in Memphis empty.
Fedex started a search on August 27th, and ended it on September 11th. They did not find the blouse anywhere. They said that they searched in Europe, in the US and in Canada. They advised the seller on September 11th that the item was now officially lost and that they wouldn't search for it anymore. I contacted Vitkac to ask when I would get my refund. Their answer was unclear. They said that if Fedex finds the blouse they will send it to me, and that if they don't find it, an insurance claim will be made. But Fedex has already advised the seller by email that they won't keep searching. I know that because I have been in contact with the person who supervised the search at Fedex, Mrs Tina Kokkinos, and she confirmed that the search is over and the item is lost, and that they have advised the seller.
From what I read online, the insurance process can take weeks if not more. I cannot wait that long to get my $515.55 back. From a store who sells expensive clothing, I find that to be terrible customer service at best, and dishonest at worst. Furthermore, I requested a picture of the box from Fedex and I saw that the box was not damaged. It was simply opened, as if there hadn't been any tape to hold it closed. Strange. You would think that a luxury clothing store like Vitkac would know how to package items safely.
Since I paid partly with Paypal, and partly with a credit card, I have made claims both with Visa and with Paypal. Visa seems proactive and understanding, but the Paypal AI warns me that the process might take several weeks. I am now very worried that Vitkac will keep my money and I will never get it back.
By the way, Vitkac also sells on Farfetch. Buyers beware...

To answer Vitkac's answer to this review: The inquest has been closed on September 11th and Fedex emailed you a claim form to fill on that date. On September 15th, Mateusz from your customer service emailed me that the store had to wait for the insurance money from Fedex to send me my refund. Vitkac is a large department store. Don't tell me they can't afford to send me $515.55.

Tried multiple time to get a response from customer service pre-purchase and never heard back.
If they cant be bothered to respond to email pre-sale then there is little hope of getting a response post-sale.

The webshop interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making the shopping experience straightforward from start to finish. I was especially impressed by the speed of delivery — my order arrived in just three days, which is remarkable considering the destination was outside the EU (though still within Europe).
There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges, such as local customs duties or VAT upon delivery; everything was already covered by the store.
A special thanks to Mr. Matthew from Customer Service, who responded to my inquiries promptly and was very helpful throughout the process.
Overall, I’m very satisfied and will definitely shop here again. Highly recommended!

I bought a Loewe flamenco bag from Vitkac through Farfetch. Upon receiving the bag today, I found that there are many scratches on the bag and it appears as a used item. I’m totally disappointed and will definitely return it. This is my first-time purchase from Vitkac and Farfetch.
