The company , kuba in particular, was wonderful and quick to answer questions. My concerns were all related to DHL, not my favorite delivery service. But my package arrived and was exactly what I wanted.

Do not pay a a markup of a few hundred dollars for the COACH Empire 40. You are being taken advantage of.
The bag does tend to sell out, but it also tends to restock quite quickly. I have never gone online to buy one from a COACH retailer and not been able to purchase one. If sold out hit the notify me button, it works! Whatever you do, do not let this retailer price gouge you.

It was a 5-out-of-5 experience. I saw some negative reviews about the company, so I was still suspicious of whether it was legit, even after I ordered a new Diesel bag. They shipped the product in two days, and I got it the day after it was shipped. Good value for the money. Super happy with the order!

I placed an order for a pair of trainers and my credit card was charged immediately. Several days later, without any satisfactory explanation, my order was cancelled and the money was refunded. Taking payment upfront and then cancelling an order days later shows a complete lack of professionalism and poor stock or order management.

This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted my time, especially as I trusted that once payment was taken, the order would be fulfilled. The lack of clear communication throughout the process only added to the frustration.

If I could give this company no stars I would. DHL supposedly delivered my parcel by forging my signature and leaving it on the door step, parcel was no where to be seen. After contacting DHL back and forth I also contacted VITKAC, to put it bluntly, they couldn’t care less. The blunt, slow replies and then they gave up with their customer service by ignoring me all together. I wouldn’t bother buying from them, there customer service is shocking and they don’t care about there customers and dealing with problems.

Ordered Adidas Samba. Price was good, shipping was fast, App is also really easy to use. I ended up returning my order as the size didn't work for me. Returns were easy. Would definitely recommend as a retailer

I just received my order number something, and again, again, again I’m amazed how great my experience with VIKAC has been. This time I ordered a GIVENCHY bag. It came absolutely flawless, the packaging was excellently put on. Fast delivery! I love the stylish, minimalistic esthetics of VITKAC website, the top notch selection of brands, the unbelievably good sale campaigns! This company is an example of doing the job professionally!

I bought a pair of NB991 from Vitkac. When they were delivered, the were missing the laces. Or rather, only one shoe was laced.

I contact Vitkac about this. Their response is that I can either return the shoes or get a €2 discount. I e-mail them back to say that a €2 discount wouldn't even cover a quarter of the cost of the shipping if I were to try and find a pair of laces myself. They just reply, that that's the best they can do.

Imagine offering your customers a €2 discount on a product that retails at €250. Won't be using this website ever again.

Reply: The product retails at €250. It was discounted, but that doesn't really affect what one should expect of the product.

Moreover, there is no way that New Balance delivers their shoes with only one shoe laced (and no lace for the other shoe)! That makes zero sense. And if all your new balance shoes were delivered like that, I think you need to contact NB about it.

What you should have done -- immediately -- was to either send the laces that were missing or offer a refund that would allow your customer to purchase a pair without incurring any losses. This would have been both easy and cheap for you to do and then you wouldn't have a dissatisfied customer despite the hassle involved.

I was a little concerned at first but no need to worry they have a great selection of products, and the prices were good too.

I had need to contact customer service as UPS decided to leave the box on my front door step whilst I was at work, Agnieszka was excellent, fortunately the box was still there when I returned from work. Love my new Coach bag !!

IT WAS SO EASY and QUICK and great communication! :-) I was hesitant from some reviews but I ordered a cardigan but then decided I no longer wanted it the next day - I didn't expect to be able to cancel it and from reviews, I wasn't sure if it would be an easy process but cancellation was accepted immediately, confirmed by 3 emails, and refund sent the next working day! So happy and will order something else again. Thank you :-)

Vitkac are great! So why the low rating? Because it’s about time vendors realize, and fight for, it’s THEIR responsibility to make sure we get the products we paid them for! They should act swiftly and decisively dealing with the courier, resolving issues, and making sure we get our orders. We shouldn’t waste our time with useless courier reps, trying to find our packages. We’re the ones paying for all of this, we shouldn’t run errands for them, we don’t work for them, they literally work for us. If you can’t deliver the goods, don’t take our money! and we couldn’t care less about the courier. Furthermore, as in my case, once the package hasn’t arrived, and DHL has no clue what’s going on, and the customer asks for a refund, it should be granted immediately, and not wait till, somehow, and for God knows how long, the package returns to the vendor. We aren’t in the banking business, lending money, with zero interest, to the vendor. I didn’t get my order, wasted my time, and to add insult to injury, I also need to wait to get my money back? NO!

I just wanted to double check a scam order and they replied back right away.
