Buyer beware - very difficult to deal with this company
I received my order. The box was stained looked like Ink I opened the box to see an Isabel Marant blouse worth €276 stained. I sent if back stating the obvious problem. I waited checked in with them after some time as I had had no response to my return . No issue they would check it out I then received an email stating that they had assessed the situation and there was a smell of perfume on the blouse and that was the reason they would not refund me . I emailed them back with photographs to remind them of the condition I received the parcel. Then it was that I had removed the label I again showed photographs
They refused to refund me stating that they were returning the blouse so I asked them to return the blouse in the original box as my legal team would deal with it as I found them extremely difficult . I got the blouse back this morning no smell in a bundle not in the original box Not even a piece of tissue paper , Never again
I could not have worn the blouse because it arrived with Ink stains on the box that had stained the blouse the tags were as I received them I did ask you to take this up with your courier service but you made the decision I was in the wrong although I notified you immediately
I like you photographed the box and the contents as soon as I received them
Thankfully I’m not short of money that I need to wear clothes and send them back

Ordered a Kenzo backpack from here and price was the best by far and shipping to the UK from Poland was quick and well communicated. Backpack turned up as described undamaged.

Service was very efficient and delivery was super quick . Item purchased was nicely packaged and seeming everything looked perfect . So much so I placed two other orders and each was delivered in the same efficient fashion. The big discounts certainly draw you in . We all like a bargain. A few days later after purchase and after close inspection I noticed some soiling on the white swimming briefs i purchased . I assumed this was because they were shop soiled , but these stains are permanent. No intention of sending them back as I suspect like a lot of reviews on here it won’t be straightforward.
All items I purchased were all genuine and legitimate, but be aware there discounted items could be flawed. You make big savings , but be prepared of the risk. Customer service were very polite . I’ve made them clear I will be purchasing from them again , but with eyes wide open. I suggest every one reading this review do the same.
As always if the discount is too good to be true then yes I can agree. No surprises.
I will expect the usual apology and this isn’t there usual standard, but they know exactly what they selling online.
One other thing . You asking why I carried on buying from them . Well these companies are very good at polishing what are flawed goods with their quick service and lovely packaging, this seduces the buyer seeing other items at the same incredibles discounts, making it very easy to buy more. They are not unique. As always there’s no replacement to actually going to the shop and there’s always a risk with online purchases. More so buying from abroad.

Over 2 months ago, I returned 2 designer items in the same box via UPS, using the original packaging from Vitkac. After a long silence, they refunded me for only one item—conveniently the cheaper one—and claimed the other was “missing” from the return.
I was shocked. How is it even possible that they received just one item in the sealed box I sent back? If there was any issue, damage, tampering, or missing contents, I should have been contacted immediately. Instead, they quietly processed a partial refund and hoped I wouldn’t notice.
When I reached out, they claimed their CCTV footage showed only 1 item. No actual proof, no transparency, just a vague statement. They also said they filed a complaint with UPS, but never provided a case number, no tracking details, no follow-up whatsoever.
Weeks passed, and after repeatedly chasing them, I was told the matter is closed and they won’t help me further. That’s it.
So to be clear: Vitkac received my return, claimed something expensive “wasn’t there,” gave no evidence, and then refused to investigate further. This is how they handle customer complaints, no accountability, no transparency, and zero respect.
This isn’t just bad service, it’s unacceptable business behavior.
Avoid VITKAC. Don’t risk your money.

The entire shopping experience was world class and positive, from when I made the order, received the order (which was very fast), and then returning the item, which was down to sizing and nothing else. They provide clear instructions for returns, which makes the process smoother.
