Glad I gave them a chance.

My order was not delivered on time. However, when I called the company there was a good reason for the delay. After I received my tracking #, I was able to see when my delivery would be. Overall, although it took longer than promised, I am glad I ordered from this company and would order from them again.

ORDER NUMBER 344804

I placed a order on 31st January,2017.The order number is 344804.
However today I received a text from my credit card issuing bank,it shows that I have been charged twice for the order I placed recently on your website.
The money are the same,127.74 dollars each time.The First time is on 31st January,2017.The second time is on 3rd,February.
I sent them an email to ask for a explanation and no answer.
And like many people in this comment section,the tracking number they gave me 3 days ago is invalid,the number is 300087381.
I can't find out any information about my parcel by this number on USPS.com until now.
Horrible experience ever.

ORDER NUMBER 344274 Zip Code 28139,

I spent $115.40 on vitamins that I ordered on Jan 16th 2017...It is now Jan 25th, 2017 and still no tracking number. After calling four times I finally had a lady in accounting answer the phone. After keeping her on the phone and explaining my issue she was quick to hand me over to another person who said, PART of my order will ship on the 24th and that she would send me the tracking number the next morning. (Still NO tracking number. I have fifteen relatives in Calif., all of them are within an hour or so from this Vitasprings address. I will contact the police department in South El Monte tommorrow Jan 26, 2017. Also four of my familiy members are CHP's I am contacting them, as well as BBB, and our government in DC. the Federal Trade Commission to report them as being scammers. They need to be shut down after all that I have read what they have done to other people who have ordered from them.

Product is not being shipped

I ordered one product on Monday, Oct 31 and since that I'm experiencing problems with them.
First they told me that my payment didn't went through because my credit card was not from US. But, my credit card company had already sent me a confirmation of the payment. I answered them immediately and they told me the product will be shipped.
Since then, no tracking number have being updated and they stopped answering me on email. I have also tried to contact them by Facebook and Twitter and no answer from there either.
Don't know what to do. The product was supposed to get here today...

Bogus tracking links

Didn't think to research reviews before I ordered. My experience is similar to everyone elses. Made an order 5 days ago, they sent a confirmation email with a tracking number which says...nothing useful...I emailed them that the tracking link does not work and after two emails they responded with a status and a USPS number...clicked the link and this is the message.... "The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later."

Do not order from this company

My order was placed on the 13/05 and finally order is marked as shipped on the 1/06 after e-mail after e-mail. The last one to was to cancel my order on the 31/05. On the 1/06 the told me it is too late to cancel as the order is shipped but actually the order is not shipped yet but only the shipping label is created and my credit card charged.

Don't order from this company

I placed an order 3-18 and paid 3 day express shipping and still have not received my order. To make things worse on Monday after my order was placed in was called and told part of the order was not available and to pick another item. Today (3-29) I checked the order status and it is still pending, saying the order will ship in 2-3 days. I think I am going to try and get my money back, but based on earlier reviews Vitasprings doesn't make it easy. I wish I would have ordered from some place else.

Do not order from this company!

Horrible customer service! My order was never delivered and after several phone calls to inquire about the status of my order, they informed me it was on back order. Yet I never received any communication from the company that my item was on back order. Do not order from this shoddy company.

tooo slow

still havent recd product. its been over a week. shipping is to high for the small package and it to 4 days to get get to ship. other company i would have in 4 days this is ridiculous!!!

Beware of company

I ordered two bottles of therapain from this company because they had the best price deal. Not only did I not recieve the items or a tracking number but when I called the company I recieved the run around. It took 5 calls and threats to recieve my money back. The customer service representative claimed I should have received the items that day or the next but in the same sentence said she would happily cancel my order because she couldn't verify the tracking. My question is how do you know when an item is being delivered if you can't find a tracking number. Very shady company so please beware.

Guess you have to order 6 weeks in advance

Placed an order on April 28th. Got an email on May 21st to say the product is back ordered and will be shipped to me in 2-3 weeks.

Guess it takes 6 weeks to ship baby food. What a joke! Don't post items on your website if they are back ordered and are going to take 6 weeks to come in.

Guess I should have looked up your reviews before ordering with your company. 61 total reviews for an average of 2.6 out of 10. Looks like it is as much my fault as yours. Didn't realize what a joke of a company you are running.

Slow service

Unnecessarily slow

I ordered a product the 7th of March and still have not received the item. The website says it is back ordered but wil ship in 4-7 days....pretty sure it has said that for 3 weeks now. Will never order another supplement from them and would like my money including shipping refunded.

VITASPRINGS..... very very very bad company to deal with, stay away!!

! ordered some supplements on the 17th of march.. 2 days later they e mailed me and asked if i still wanted the item shipped , the shipping was $28.00.. i said the shipping was already calculated you mean you didn't ship it yet!? they said they would ship out SOON.. 2 days later i asked for a tracking number, they gave me one. it stated on the tracking number the shipper had generated a tracking number on the 21st 4 days after i called them.. it also stated this is not proof the item was shipped, just a confirmation the customer was ready to ship this product.. I called them and asked if the tracking number was good they said yes because it was the weekend it would not show activity.. well it was not the weekend it was a thursday, and this is not true, when a package is picked up it is already scanned and shows status.. theses people continued to lie to me for more than a week. There was never any status or activity even to this day and it has been 11 days.. 3 days ago i called them and asked if they could either ship the product or give me a full refund because they were obviously lying to me, they said in fact the product was shipped, i said no way there is no activity on this package what so ever.. after the next day they said they would pull back the package from the shipper and give me a full refund.. I did not know you could even do this, and I am sure it is just another one of there maneuvers to play with the customers.. maybe they get off on kaos i don't know all i have to say it took me almost 2 weeks to get a refund, they shorted me 12.00 in the process, and i suggest any body that is thinking of doing any sort of transactions with this very un processional outfit, i won't even call them a business, because they far from practice suitable business practices ... stay away from this business, choose another more reputable business. In all the years i have bought products online this is the first business that has lied to me over and over, gave false tracking number, and stole from me.. just stay away people, if you have already made a order cancel it , i have heard story's from another sight that one guy it took 4 month's to get his package, there is another sight on the net that has as many story's of their misconduct....

Terrible

Ordered some vitamins 4 weeks ago (Oct 6) Got an email saying they would ship in 4-7 days. Never came. Emailed "Customer Service" and they told me to expect a tracking number soon. Never came. Called "Customer Service" a few days later and she said the order has not even been shipped yet - still waiting to receive the vitamins from the manufacturer. So here we are 4 weeks later and still nothing. These guys are the worst. Based on all the other terrible reviews, it's obvious this is just how they operate. I wish I had checked up on them earlier.

Slow shipping for no reason.

Ordered on Oct 04 2014 it is now Oct 15 2014. I will get to the point on this one, they never shipped my order until I called on Oct 13 2014 which I had to leave a message no one there to pick up the phone, called on there east hours but no one picks up. Then I get a email on Oct 14 2014 my order shipped with track number from USPS but I checked with tracking on USPS it was just a label made so it never shipped. Oct 15 2014 still label made and waiting on USPS to pick it up from vitaspring which is in USA CA and I am in USA NJ so it should have been here by now but when they never ship it at all of course it will not get here. Which is a very small bottle which is easy to pack and ship on top of that very cheap to ship out the door. No reason for this delay shipping also Goliath labs is a very nice company to deal with and they are in NY and I am in NJ so if they did not have it in stock they could drop ship it from Goliath labs in NY and then to me which would have took two days so no reason for this delay at all. They also had no delay in taking my money. Vitaspring needs to fix this problem of poor shipping now not tommrow not ASAP, now. I will let Goliath Labs know about this because you are giving them a bad name because they give you the product as a retailer for them. I ordered from Goliath lab direct and they are very nice and always ship on time. On top of that give free shirts. How are you going to fix this problem for me vitaspring? Here is what you can do like most good company's do, no charge for shipping refund it,discount my order, refund full amount no charge for order overnight my produced to me, throw in a second Recycloid spray for free for the trouble. Pick one. This is what good company's do, to get repeat business from people. Are you that company?

False/ Misleading information on order site

I ordered a 3 month supply of one of their products. The invoice said it would ship in 4-7 days. I emailed after more that 2 weeks, to be told that it was on back-order and would ship when they had it. This is unacceptable! The back-order information should have been known at the time the order was placed, giving me the option to back out at that time. I have requested a refund, as I will order this product from a more reliable source.
