I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER
It's been over a week now, and I Still don't have my order. I'm not impressed with the "busy signals" at your company either. It's clear to me this is a very small operation probably operating out of a house. The customer service is not great.

All the terrible reviews of this "company" are true. Do not order from these people.
I placed an order on the 6th July. I got an email on the same day with an updated status of the tracking information being "verified".
6 days later, the status has unchanged, so I emailed them. One day later I get a reply "This order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number soon."
What? You mean after 7 days? (oh, don't count the weekends, that's 5 days) And only when I've emailed you? It's the same typical response that they gave everyone else. All they're trying to do is prolong the process of going back and forth but nothing ever happening.
So I clarified with them, that it took 7 days to process the order? Once again, the same typical response: "The product was transferred from another warehouse that is why the order get shipped out a bit late." Oh so it's been shipped already?
So according to this email the order has been shipped already. I checked the status of the order and it's still pending shipment, on the 17th. So that's 8 days, oh, don't count the weekends, 6 days, that it's been in the process queue. Seriously, to today's standards that is unsatisfactory. I have given up dealing with these people, with their so-called logistics and business practices. Like they have to order made-to-order products from another country before they can ship it out. I receive orders in 5 days internationally from my regular supplier.
I've opened up a claim with PayPal, at this point I just want my money back. They haven't provided a service that is satisfactory, and I don't even know if I'll actually get my product, at this point I doubt it. It'll get shipped with who knows what, or maybe it'll be problems with the manufacturer, back-order, product not as specified...emails going back and forth with further waiting times.
I've read countless other reviews of people not getting their products at all, or if they do, shipping is severely delayed, or products are expired or not as specified. These people appear to claim they always have problems with manufacturers, back-orders or whatever excuse you can think of just it seems to drag it on and with no outcome. I just wished I would of read the reviews sooner. Another lesson to learn in life.
And don't bother with their replies to this site, I don't find them trustworthy.
RESPONSE TO VITASPING'S REPLY:
Again more details about an imaginary package that's apparently circled the globe the back. If I was an isolated incident, I wouldn't of made such a fuss, but because people have had similar experiences I think this is unacceptable, some people don't even get their products. I waited 8 days for the item to be "shipped" and only then it was still waiting shipment. A little time to prepare international shipping documents? Do you guys use 2 tins and a string for your line of communication? And rocks as wheels? I've seen parcels get sent to me internationally and all it is is a declaration, I think it shouldn't take that much extra time than sending anything else domestically. I opened up the Paypal claim before the item got shipped, they would of sent you an email to notify you of this right away? And I didn't stop the payment, I already sent the payment, and that's for 9 days already; and that's what a claim is, it's asking for it back.
Anyway this seems like a business run by a single person (or small group) acting as a middle man shop-front who don't actually keep any real inventory but orders it from a supplier or wholesaler once someone makes an order. And because of this, the logistical problems result in nightmarish processing times, winterish hibernating delivery times, and at times you'd be lucky to even receive your product. I seriously cannot recommend doing business with these people, and warn anyone else to save your time and grief and stay away.
FINAL OUTCOME
Paypal closed the case 5 days early pending the seller's response, and gave me my money back which I was pleasantly surprised at the quickness of response. There was no indication that the seller responded with additional details about the order, thus my question were there any intentions of sending the package in the first place. Even now, the status of the order is still pending shipment. And I placed the order 24 days ago. Coincidentally, the day that Paypal refunded my money, Vitasprings decided to flag this review with "course language", and as a result I had to make some adjustments to the review. Why didn't they flag it for coarse language when they made their initial reply? I'm not sure. But one's thing for sure: Paypal refunded my money after I opened a case with suspected evidence of fraud, and won: this is the hard fact, and no accusation.

Very slow shipping!
I placed an order that was supposedly in stock on July 2nd. They say that their items ship within 2 business days. I received an form letter email on the 8th saying that my order would ship in 4-7 business days. I called and said that I wanted to know what the holdup was and I may want to cancel the order. Received a call back the next day saying my order has shipped, that it must have been on back order. I received an email on the 11th with tracking information. Went to the USPS website today and they say that they have been notified that they will be shipping the item. VERY slow shipping. The price on the item is good but I expected to have them much sooner.
Just read the other reviews. Wish that I would have before I ordered.

Don't let the low price fool you!
I won't order from Vitasprings again. I placed an order on June 15 and by June 24 I contacted them to find out the status of the order. I received an email from them the day after the order was placed with the order information and a link to check the current status of the order. The link took me to their site where I could check the shipper (UPS) tracking. There was no tracking information on the order. I kept receiving these emails and there was no tracking information. I checked everyday and finally on June 24 I sent customer service an email asking what the status of my order. I received back a reply and I quote... "We did received the shipment from the manufacturer but the packing has been changed. It's now 30 Capsules per bottle and you only takes 2 capsules per day. Please see the attached image. Please let us know if that ok with you?" When I placed my ordered it was for 90 capsules!!! That meant the cost had increased by 3 times. The best they offered me was a 10% discount. I felt the fact that I wasn't notified immediately of the price increase and had to contact them to find out, there was no way I was ordering anything from them. That is total disrespect for the customer and they don't deserve my money.

very disappointing
The order was confirmed 7-June-14, that was a Saturday and I was told that no shipment will be made in weekends when I check status on 9-June-14.
I checked again by email on 16-June-14, received tracking# on 17-June-14, meaning that my order was not shipped until I checked the 2nd time and I never get notification or explanation for late shipment.

Took 6 days to process a simple order...sorry 5 business days!
I was really disappointed in the fact that I ordered 1 item of vitamins 6 days ago & I just received confirmation that it just now ready to be shipped! I order a lot of products online and this kind of delay in processing, waiting a week to ship seems crazy!!

I agree with the majority of reviews, horrible customers service, poor shipping practices & a disappointing company to work with in general. I won't do business with Vitasprings again! I'll take the time to drive to a Vitamin Shoppe where they excel at customer service.

complete scam
It took them three days to find out it will take a week before they could ship the product. But my paypal account was charged as soon as I placed my order. no one answer the phone for handling current orders but they have someone to answer to take new orders. try to talk to the the new order hotline but as soon as i said it's about current orders i was switch to the current orders division without even listening. Of course the current orders division got no one to attend the phone.

Horrible!!!
The company listed the product as available then waited 7 days to let me know it was no longer available. I never received any communication, written or telephonic, indicating there was a problem with the order. If you really need the product, find another merchant.

Shipping taking way too long!
I'll be honest, I haven't even received the product yet (Cupuacu capsules), but we placed the order on May 19, and it is now June 10. It didn't even ship until June 3, with no contact from VitaSprings saying the order was delayed, or out of stock, or whatever the issue was (if there was one). They are in California, and I'm in NJ. A regular piece of mail usually takes 2-3 days (I know, I have a friend in CA). By tracking, I can see it finally made it to NJ on June 6 and has bounced around the state. Now this, I know, isn't VitaSprings fault, but regardless, this product should not have taken 3 weeks to get to me. Unfortunately, I'll have to order elsewhere next time.

Slow Service and Lack of Transparency
I ordered 5 quantities of a product on June 3rd, (2014)., I haven't received even a status update 6 days later on my order - the status is blank. Just left a voice mail on the customer service mailbox. I am reserving judgement but so far it has been very confusing. I am in Seattle, so there is no Customs clearance involved in this. But for now, I expected to see at least some update on the order and I am not feeling good about the whole experience. Let us see - this is a chance for them to step up. Unlike the others here, I have an open mind- I get a satisfactory response I will have no problems coming back and leaving a better review

Bad customer service and slow shipping!
I ordered on May-25th and paid $28 for Express shipping. Three days later they asked me to confirm the shipping address. Another three days later still no tracking number or shipping confirmation email. After 8 days I opened a PayPal dispute and now received a tracking number through PayPal. However, as of now it says "NOT FOUND" on the USPS website. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE!
VITASPRING IS A SCAM, BUYER BEWARE.
After 8 days and a PayPal dispute they send me an invalid USPS tracking number. Vitaspring is fraud.

Actual shipping took much longer than expected
Website indicates that most orders will be received by me within 5 - 7 business days. However, today would be 9 business days since I placed my order and they tell me my product only shipped this morning, which means I won't receive it now until at least Saturday or Monday... Could be 11 business days by then. Website currently only shows a generic status on my order about "Will ship in 4 - 7 days". I am told I can expect a tracking number tomorrow. I had to contact them to get the status that it shipped today. I am a bit wary of this merchant.
