Staff were very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all

Staff were very friendly and professional, great communication at every stage. The optician was particularly helpful and took a lot of time to explain things clearly. No hard sell just great advice. I'd highly recommend this optician, especially if you're a bit nervous or haven't been for a while!

Really helpful ladies in Bury store

Really helpful ladies in Bury store. They are so knowledgable and have excellent customer service skills. They helped me choose my glasses and were very reassuring when I was unsure what glasses to choose. Such polite helpful staff 100% satisfied with the service.

I had a very positive experience at Vision Express. The staff were welcoming, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. The eye examination was thorough, and everything was explained clearly to me. I felt comfortable and well looked after from start to finish. The team was patient, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this store to others

Had issues with lens falling out…

Had issues with lens falling out regularly. On this visit they did something to the metal frame, as it was the softer metal used by the manufacturer that was the problem.
Lens has stayed in place now.

Issue was dealt with quickly so I could get on with my day. Staff are friendly.

Vision Express

Vision Express, Kingsgate, Dunfermline.
I have always disliked getting an eye test as I have had eye problems since I was 4. The Optometrist, AdaiI Islam, was so friendly and put me at ease right away. It was a thorough eye test and I felt confident that he would inform me of any changes and give me advice on these.
The girls at the front of the shops were also efficient, friendly and vety helpful. I was very comfortable and delighted with the whole experience from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend them and will not go anywhere else now.

I just wanted to say a massive thank you

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone at Matlock Vision Express. I went in twice this week following a doctors appointment, for an issue with my eyelid. Everyone I spoke to was outstanding in their care, nothing was too much. Thank you everyone. My eye is getting better.

My order is placed in February

My order is placed in February. Nobody got in touch. I popped in the 19th of May and was given a poor excuse still haven’t received the goods.
I feel let down and disappointed with a complete lack of empathy with my situation and no communication following the placement of my order
