It took nearly 4 weeks to get the visa
It took nearly 4 weeks to get the visa. After waiting 16 days I applied myself and had one in 4 days.
Your customer service was terrible. When I inquired about the status I was told every time that it would be there soon. You have a phone number that doesn’t answer because of COVID???
It caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

Visa Process for Benin upside and downside
The process was quick and great the only downside that was crucial was that my passport number that I input was not matching what was put in my visa. I failed to check and the flight agent caught this. They still allowed me to board after several calls while I was in Brussels but they said I had to mention my issue to the immigration. Luckily I had told my friend regarding this issue and he got me with an official to help me fixing this issue.

A Waste of Money....
I needed visas for Kenya and Tanzania for my trip at the end of the month. I read that Kenya processes visas within 3 business days and Tanzania could take a couple of weeks. I submitted both applications on the Oct 25th. I received an email from the Tanzania Immigration office on the 25th with what I thought was information I needed to check the status of my visa. I log on to their site and it's making me start an application again. I email VISAGOV because I wanted to know if I needed to complete the application again since the site is asking me for what I already completed on the VISAGOV site.....never received a response. So now I'm worried! I don't know what VISAGOV's turn-around time is on processing requests, so I complete the process and pay AGAIN on both the Kenya and Tanzania Immigration sites. I received my visa from Kenya IN 24 HOURS!!! I also received and email from Tanzania 24 hours after submission that my visas was being processed. Save your money and do it yourself for both the countries mentioned above. Oh, and then VISAGOV sends me an email the day after I received my Kenyan visa, letting me know that it was accepted......HELLO, I DID IT MYSELF!!!
