Lovely run company
Lovely run company, I can’t seem to find little ones products anywhere that are a reasonable price and this place was a gold mine for me and my very happy hamster :)

Super slow to dispatch
Great range of products, often competitively price however, the dispatch times are infuriating.
I’ve made several orders in the last few months and each has taken a week to 10 days to dispatch (and only because I have chased).
The ‘estimated delivery date’ range makes you believe it could ARRIVE within 5 days but is entirely inaccurate and very much the latter date, if not later. It takes
Viovet at least a week to even see/look at your order - Make sure you have at least two weeks worth of feed etc before you order, and if you need anything in an hurry, forget it.
Once dispatched, it’s delivered quickly, (kudos to the courier) but this seems to be standard now, from a company that were once praised for their quick service.
What changed? Whatever it is…it’s not working.
