Disapointment. The order was not dispatched!
I was so excited to use the service following review check and price seemed ok, however it came with a great disappointment.
The order was due today. It was not even dispatched at this stage. When rang, I was 15th in the que to speak to someone as the automated service doesn't give you update other then, it was not dispatched.
I spoke with the customer service and was told now that, we are now at the front of the que and by coincidence our order is being picked as we speak (on the day the delivery was due). No explanation as to why it was delayed. I was told that once collected DPD express needs 24 to 48hours to deliver. Despite on the order delivery day being stated as 18th to 19th Aug 2026
20th August 2026- Following the response below from the Team saying that my order was being dispatched yesterday, today after 5:56pm I recieved an email saying: "Thank you for your VioVet Order.
We are emailing to advise that there has been a slight delay with your order, which our warehouse and management team are actively working on.
We expect to dispatch your order within the next 48 hours, if not sooner.
We do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Many Thanks"
Not signed. At this stage I am questioning whether this website is a scam. Still very disappointing especially that their response on this site is attempting to mask issues and not taking responsibility or ownership of the issue raised with them.

Very Poor VioVet...
Due to an error on 'their' website, I received the wrong product ... I contacted them to discuss the problem but they simply made life so difficult... Endless emails constantly demanding more information, pictures etc, asking me to quantify what was left... Following weeks of VioVets nonsense & being utterly fed up of getting nowhere, I conceded defeat but delight in giving them a poor review... Being disabled, feeding the birds & squirrels brings such joy, so purchasing the correct feed is most important. I'm now sorely out of pocket as I had to purchase additional food for the squirrels to supplement the incorrect bird food they had sent me...

I have reviewed the email correspondence, and I can see that the advisor you dealt with was genuinely trying to help, including searching our website with you to find suitable nuts for your squirrels. As the product originally ordered was bird food and is not intended as squirrel food, I completely understand why this has caused you additional expense and inconvenience.
I am also very sorry for the lack of courtesy you experienced from DPD. I will be raising this with them directly, as this is certainly not the level of service we expect, or expect our customers, especially those with poor mobility to have to go through.
I will contact you directly to discuss arranging a refund or, alternatively, providing a goodwill gesture towards the nuts you have had to purchase for your squirrels. I completely understand where you are coming from and hope we can put this right for you.

Seems a reliable and VFM way to buy regular pet prescriptions
Just discovered VioVet and they seem pretty good. Communication was great by phone; v. helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are much cheaper than vet practice. The prescription process was easy to follow and the subscription service works extremely well. It was a shame that they did not apply the discount at check out to the first order I made, when they went to so much trouble to keep telling me there was a sign-on 'money off' offer all the way through my shopping experience. The products have arrived quickly each week but the boxes were squashed as packaging uses jiffy bags rather than boxes or padding; however, the product inside was thankfully undamaged.
