Very disappointed with my experience with Victoria Plum.
I paid £49 for next-day delivery of a shower drain, only to discover that the required gully was not included—and Victoria Plum does not even sell the part needed to make it work. Although the product stated that the gully was not included, it is unreasonable that the necessary component is unavailable.
I returned the drain seven weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. I also have seven unused boxes of tiles, which I purchased believing they could be returned, but I am now expected to pay the return costs.
Customer service has been slow to respond to emails, making the situation even more frustrating. This is not the level of service I expected after spending a substantial amount on two bathrooms.

Very good quality
Very good quality goods from Vicky Plumbing. My husband said he could just tell the quality as he was fitting it all and would definitely buy from them again. Slight problem with one faulty item, but this was dealt with well by customer services. Zivai Cairns rang me to discuss it, and a refund was provided immediately after the call. Overall very impressed. Initial delivery very easy, too.

The website is great
The website is great - very well laid out, intuitive. The best bit is that when you order something it prompts you about the other things you might have to order with it. I haven't a clue about DIY (never heard of a bottle trap until today) so it was helpful to be prompted to buy the extra bits and pieces to go with my new bathroom sink.
