I made a mistake with an order and tried to change my order I was frustrated to be told that it was to late to change however Tom hughes was very helpful and apologetic and sorted a few things out which meant I went from a frustrated customer to a very happy one if all customer care was as good as this the world would be a better place

No help for past customers
If I could give no stars I would. I purchased a lot of bathroom items, bath, sink, taps etc from Victoria Plumb before it was acquired by Victorian Plumbing in 2024. Spent a lot of money with them. When I had a problem with one of the taps and asked for advice Victorian Plumbing basically saidcannot help, not interested at all as 'I did not purchase from them'!
I will never purchase anything from them. It is not my fault they bought out the other company. They should still look after prior customers. Appalled.
