Product nothing like images on website!
Paid for faster delivery on some tiles. When they arrived they were a completely different colour to the images shown on the website (while a appreciate that colours differ slightly online) these were entirely different they arrived grey with a few warm tones and white (wood effect) but the image shows brown wood (what we expected) completely false image used and the customer service was awful and now they’re saying we need to pay to send them back for a refund. Awful, wouldn’t ever use again.

Absolutely shocking service!! I would advise never to use this firm! Constant damages and no phone number! Multi million pound firm with no contact number but you must email which they don’t reply for 2 days! Must be used to taking people hard earned money and supplying damaged crap because why other reason would they not have a number? Robbing b*ast*rds!!! Disgusting customer service never again

No option to select suitable delivery date
When I placed the order for delivery I received confirmation and that the delivery company would be in touch and I can arrange a suitable delivery date.
This did not happen. I received an email from the delivery company to say the item was out for delivery and would be delivered that morning. There was no way for me to contact the delivery company to arrange a suitable date so I had to frantically rearrange my day so I could be home.

We had a problem with the tap we…
We had a problem with the tap we purchased as it was not suitable for our basin. After having a few issues with getting a refund Phil Palmer came to the rescue and quickly resolved the issue for us. Up until that point we would not have used them again. Thank you to Phil and the other gentleman sorry I cannot remember his name off hand.
