Went to buy from Vickers and although the products arrived soon after my order, I had to ring for updates which should not be the case with no demo or anything else!

Not currently, but I had worked in this industry for many years and have been lucky to own some expensive kit (in the past!), QUAD have always had a reputation for producing amplifiers with significant current output which is like having a car with lots of horsepower and significantly more torque (current dumping), this is absolutely key when controlling any Hi-Fi loudspeaker, so coupled with the neutral but open clarity, these Artera’s are nothing short of incredible for the price, I’d challenge many amplifiers costing three to four times their price.

Been twice, 15 year's apart, to purchase a complete audio setup. Both times, I have explained what I have presently, and how it needs to interact with that. Each time I have been blown away with the sound quality of the purchase and the advice given.

First of all the price was very competitive. The products I ordered were delivered perfectly and much quicker than I could have expected (2 days from ordering to my address). Thanks Vickers for a great service.

The Cyrus 82 DAC amplifier is a fantastic addition to my hifi set up and at a good price at the moment. Thank you Vickers. However I would have appreciated a confirmation of purchase email at the time of buying and I shouldn’t have needed to ask for the receipt.

The only thing that could be improved is to get an email to confirm the order, and to say when the item is dispatched, and due to be delivered.I was left in the dark! And yes, I did check all emails!
It would have been 5 stars instead of 4 if I had had the emails!
