Easy enough to find tickets of all different price ranges. Very smooth getting the tickets once they eventually came through. That would be my only drawback is it was just day before concert before... See more

I am writing to formally dispute your decision regarding sale 648758614 for eight tickets to The Open Championship 2026.
I delivered all eight tickets to the buyer as agreed. I have already uploaded substantial evidence confirming this, including:
Email communications between the buyer and me confirming receipt of the tickets.
Evidence from The Open’s official ticketing app showing that the tickets were used.
Confirmation directly from The Open that the tickets were successfully scanned at the event.
Despite this evidence, I have now received an email stating that the dispute was denied because I allegedly failed to deliver the tickets. This conclusion directly contradicts the documentation provided.
It has taken Viagogo more than a month to issue this response, yet it contains no proper explanation and does not appear to acknowledge or address any of the evidence submitted.
Please escalate this matter immediately for a full manual review by a senior member of your disputes team.

I will never buy or sell through this website again. The worst experience ever!
I purchased Bruno Mars tickets for July 22nd in London but was unable to attend, so I decided to resell them through the same website, Viagogo. Ever since I listed the tickets, I have been calling and chatting with their support team, and I keep receiving different answers. They told me to wait, and at one point informed me that my claim had been sent to the wrong department. It is completely unacceptable.
To this day I have not received my money back and am now being told to wait another 30 days. The level of incompetence is remarkable.
Do NOT use this website.
Sold seats that did not exist
I bought 2 tickets for the BBC Proms at Royal Albert Hall (08 Aug 2026), listed as Circle T, Row 7, Seats 8–9, paying £148.42. On arrival the seats sold to me didn’t exist: the venue’s Guest Assistance Supervisor confirmed no such seat numbers are in that section. The tickets actually delivered were different seats (82 and 83), issued in a stranger’s name, with a printed face value of £26 each — I was charged £68.47 per ticket, nearly triple.
Because my seats didn’t exist, the box office had to seat us elsewhere, in inferior seats, purely as a discretionary exception since the event was sold out. I travelled internationally for this concert specifically. I have submitted a formal refund request and am awaiting Viagogo’s response.
Would not recommend relying on the seat details shown at checkout.
UPDATE: Refused twice in writing — while admitting in writing the seats delivered were not the ones I booked. Their logic: I got in on the seats the venue gave me as a favour, so the service was “fulfilled.” Viagogo sold seats that don’t exist, took a 185% markup, fixed nothing, and call that “fulfilled.” Meanwhile they push for phone calls after I asked in writing for written contact only — one at 4:30 a.m. — because phone leaves no record. Their decision is “final.” So is mine: bank chargeback and a report to the Competition and Markets Authority. Fictional seats, no refund, calls at dawn. Avoid.

Never using again!
I bought 4 tickets through viagogo for the Edinburgh Tattoo....I hadn't realised at the time of buying i had gone through this company but will definitely be more vigilant in the future!
The night before the event 2 tickets were transferred the account (i needed 4)...after contacting viagogo I eventually ended up with 4 tickets around 10pm...unfortunately they were not the seats or row we had bought. The following day after many phone calls and emails I ended up with 4 tickets at the very back of the arena instead of being near the bottom.
A very poor service and will definitely not use again...we also paid £250 per ticket for a sale price of £96....really!!!!!
Amazing experience
Amazing experience. I bought ticket for The Weeknd concert in Warsaw.
Ticket came 5 days before event. Everything was perfect.
Good service
I was worried about receiving the tickets but i need not have worried everything was sent to us a week before and very easy to use. The seats were where expected them.
Customer care is shit!
Customer care is shit!! The chatbot is better.
worst customer care ever.... i haven't had anytime a worst experience. and they hide behind this is the policy...
they also do fake advertisement. You can resell your tickets, but they put a lot of fees on it!
Concert tickets
It was so easy to order the tickets and they came in good time for the concert as I had to travel to another country. Absolutely fabulous concert. I was 4ft from my favourite singer. Complete heaven.
Incorrect event information and refusal to refund
I reached Viagogo through a sponsored search result headed “Royal Albert Hall 2026 Tickets” and paid £246.54 for a Joe Hisaishi ticket whose stated face value was £99. The listing showed a 19:30 start, but the official promoter’s page says 19:00 (doors 18:15). Even after I reported this, the Viagogo listing still showed 19:30 at the time of writing.
I asked to cancel and refund the order because the event information was incorrect. Viagogo refused, said checking the details was my responsibility, and told me my only option was to relist the ticket—even though their own order confirmation states that resale is prohibited for this event. I was also called twice at around 5am after asking for email communication only.
Customer service did not resolve the inaccurate listing or provide a meaningful written explanation. Based on my experience, the pricing, information transparency, and complaint handling were unacceptable. I would not use Viagogo again.
A win is a win
I was happy to receive the ticket even if it was on the same day with the concert. I was so excited to see The Weeknd perform live. So a win is a win!

scammed and my tickets didn’t allow me into the match. We flew to portugal to go watch a match and unfortunately the tickets we purchased were not usable. Would not recommend.
Luke Combs Wembley 2026
Great service, tickets arrived 24 hrs prior to event, no stress, will definitely book with them again

Never again
Never again! Till the last minute they promised to deliver tickets - but they didn't! So please be aware - these people doesn't deserve to be in business !
The concert itself was fantastic, but...
The concert itself was fantastic, and the arrival experience was excellent, everything well sign posted. Plenty of food/beverage options inside which were very efficient.
The leaving experience was very different though, there was little crowd management, signposting for different transport methods (I was trying to get to a bus stop, but got stuck in a mass of people going to the tube). Why not have segregated queues for different transportation (as for example the O2 do very well)
The show was great
The show was great, and with the tickets in our hands immediately upon purchasing month beforehand, it was stress-free.
