I initially hadn’t received the ticket for the event, but the people in charge did everything they could to make sure I was able to get it in time. 10/10 to everyone! It was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend purchasing tickets

Great seats & easy instructions of the day ahead

Great opportunity to see The Cure in Vilnius, thanks to Viagogo last minute reselling service.

Fantastic show .
Tickets were priced great for the seats we had and super easy process.. Been using Viagogo for past two years for nearly every concert or sports game I go to.

I bought tickets yesterday for an event in June 27. The tickets were bought on a credit card and by law I have the right to cancel the order within 14 days and get a full refund. These crooks believe that the law doesn't apply to them and re refusing to return my money. If you like dealing with dishonest criminals, this a great company to buy from.

Got my tickets a few days before the event and had no problems whatsoever.
I was informed that the tickets would arrive on the day but got notified the tickets were in my AXS account earlier than that and the QR code needed to get in to Wembley Stadium was available on the morning of the show.

Everything was all right and the show was wonderful.

It's was an easy process and the night was great

Seller provided tickets promptly, viagogo was responsive to concerns and offered support the whole way to the event.

I have bought and sold multiple tickets on this platform, but I don't support what they are doing. They are essentially inflating the tickets, so much so that when you are purchasing, the price is up by 30% just from their fees! unbelievable!

There are many reviews that said that it's risky to buy from you and they got me nervous. That was the only con, but I wasn't calm during these months.

Title: Pricing math doesn't add up, and support won't confirm it does

Found a real inconsistency in the price breakdown, checked it across three separate listings (Brunch Electronik Ibiza, and two ticket categories for Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds in Munich) and every time the line items shown (ticket price, fee, tax) add up to less than the "Total price" displayed. Reported it properly, screenshots and all.

Support's response: chat agent said she'd "flag it for the product team" but couldn't confirm the actual charged total was correct. Follow-up email just repeated there's no compensation program, no acknowledgement of the actual issue. If you're buying on a live secondary marketplace, the least you can expect is transparent math and a support team that reads past the first line of your message. Got neither.

Unfortunately we got scammed by viagogo they allowed false tickets to be sold to us online with fake timings about entry. Really bad service when we reported it to them one of their agents OTTO R was extremely useless saying he would help but ended the chat. Will never use this platform again. Also they sold it to us for 400 pounds when they said it would be 300. Initially said they would cancel the charge but instead proceeded to say no they cannot cancel please avoid buying tickets on viagogo

My first use of Viagogo, found it easy, intuitive to use and, for the gig I wanted, very competitive prices. I will definitely keep an eye on the site for future gigs

I sold two separate tickets, one got refunded to the buyer even though they had their ticket and went to the gig
The other tickets payment as been pending for 6 weeks so two tickets sold no money.

I have contaceted Viagogo multiple times and its near on possibile to speak to a human let alone get an asnwer

Absolute scam,

Deliberate fraud and a scam, in which they quoted that 2 x £19 tickets were for sale at £183, which was agreed to. Then the next email quoted a total of £745 and too late to pull the deal (hence the delay in delivering the tickets). Considering now a Section 73 Charge Back on my Bank Card. Morals and Principles with this outfit completely out the window.

I was happy with the tickets, although I see that I did pay a lot more than going via Ticketmaster! The only negative I have is that I received the tickets at the eleventh hour. It wasn’t easy to get them either, I had to register with this company and email with that company and if I didn’t do this then the tickets couldn’t be sent to me! A Bit nailing biting - I needed the tickets for the afternoon match and was still trying to locate them that morning!

We managed to get tickets for a promenade concert at short notice and had excellent seats.
