Great customer service!

I've worked with Frank Jamison at Versa for years and he's great. Very knowledgeable and responsive. Never had a bad experience and our customers love the products.

Frank has been a supportive sales rep!

Frank has been a supportive sales rep, even going so far as to institute a request for tracking info to be added to their invoice across the board for all orders. Happy that they are receptive to ideas that help their customers. Thanks!

He Knows His Products

From my first contact with Eddie (Eduardo Silva), with my search for a best fit product for our team members, the communications and personal attention to our needs were understood and met. Eddie was easy to speak with and I appreciated his non pressuring to buy style. Eddie’s knowledge of ergonomics and challenges with workstations was very much appreciated. Eddie was also respectful of our time and he was able to quickly get through multiple assessments of workstations while we had his valuable time. Set up and breakdown of demo equipment was amazingly fast. He was very knowledgeable of his Vera products and options to fit our needs.

Versa is always great with our orders…

Versa is always great with our orders and their customer service. Ana Gonzalez is my contact and she always goes above and beyond to help us. Great company that has challenges like everyone these days but they always try to answer our questions promptly.

Amazing Company and Staff

Tenderloin Housing Clinic is a nonprofit organization with over 400 staff, and we choose our vendors based on a set of strict standards.

VersaTable is able to meet all of them. Their products are built with the utmost quality while maintaining reasonable pricing, providing exceptional customer service, and being extremely accommodating.

Our company has been in business with VersaTable for close to 10 years and will continue.

Top quality people, top quality products.

We have been ordering from Versa Tables for about 4 years now and have ordered well over 100 of their electric stand up desks. Ana Gonzales has been our rep so between her and the quality of their products we are 100% satisfied and wouldn't think of ordering from anyone else!

I purchased my desk late fall

I purchased my desk late fall. The wait time was not acceptable, but the customer service was worse until I contacted an internal accounting person that streamlined communications. The delivery was still delayed but at least I received updates until I didn’t. Once I received my desk and it was assembled, the keyboard tray didn’t extend far enough. Requested another and waited. Once the replacement was received and assembled, I have the same problem. It’s really unacceptable. I haven’t notified Versa this time around, as I just learned the tray doesn’t work. (My handy man just assembled it over the weekend). I just want it to work correctly!!

Best work from home desk!

I did experience a long delay in receiving my desk. For me, every call I had with customer service was responsive and pleasant. My first call was within a couple days of placing my online order, customer service was very upfront explaining there was going to be a delay in the delivery, so I knew what was happening and was willing to wait. The delivery was smooth, the pallet was placed in my garage. With two people we were able to assemble the desk in a couple hours. The VersaDesk has been perfect for sitting, standing, holding two monitors, two laptops and a printer.

Poor Customer Service

Poor Customer Service. I have place my $6000 order over a month ago and it is still showing shipment pending. When I call customer service to get an update they put me on hold for 20 minutes only to hang up on me. I call back and it goes to voice mail. I call sales and they transfer me to a voice mailbox. I try using the chat on there website and after another 20 minutes they said they will submit a ticket and e-mail me.

Where is my mdse

Where is my mdse? !!!!! Advertisement said 3-5 days it’s been 5 -6 weeks and No Merchandise has been delivered? Why would send a review request for mdse not even shipped or delivered? It’s crap

I absolutely LOVE my Versa desk

I absolutely LOVE my Versa desk. Had mine 5 years- loved it so much, I told my boss about mine at home and I ordered one for him. He has back problems- so it's worked very well. He loves it too~
I wish mine had a USB charger like the new ones do- but over all- 5 stars!!

Rec broken Versa Desk - nothing being done by Versa Desk to remedy the situation.

The Versa Desk received did not function. The response from the Versa Desk team has been slow at best. 12/2 email to Versa Desk.
"The Versa Desk received is damaged. The electrical components are not operating. (no power – outlet is fine)"
"We would like an exchange please."
To date I have gotten nowhere. This is our 4th Versa Desk purchased within the past year. The 2 responses received are to reset the Versa Desk - done that still not working. No return authorization.
This is bad customer service.

Over 3 months and still do not have all parts…

This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company. I purchased this desk, was over $1300, in early September. It is still partially built upside down occupying an entire room of my tiny home awaiting missing parts. I have contacted the company MULTIPLE times. Via email, I was advised on the phone that the person monitoring the communication to the email addresses on their website was on “indefinite leave”. I never received a response back via email to date and I sent probably a minimum of 5 emails. I occasionally am lucky enough to get someone from support on the phone (because they also do not place return calls if it sends you to voicemail). The most recent update from them is they HOPE my missing part will be mailed out by the end of December. I work from home so I have had to resort to working from the foyer of my home for months now waiting on this company. If they do not ship this cable out by the end of the month I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. I will never recommend this desk/company to anyone.

Your link is broken in the email to set…

Your link is broken in the email to set up a password for a new account. I ordered a 2000 dollar desk and can’t check my order status because you require me to set up a password and log in but I can’t. I click on the link in the email and it takes me to a page to put in a password but at the top of the page it says the link is invalid. If I still put in a new password and hit enter then it says I need to check my email for a link to reset my password. It just goes in a big broken loop. You think as much money as I spent the stupid email link would work. I’d like to know when to expect my desk. I’m a software tester so this really burns my ass you don’t test these things. I’m on an iPhone. It needs fixed.
