Customer Service Representative Crystal…

Customer Service Representative Crystal W., was responsive and able to assist me with replacing my 2019 purchased VersaDesk under the Lifetime Warranty. The process was easy to maneuver and she was communicative through out the process. I also really love my VersaDesk, it fits on top of my existing desk and assisted me with resolving my lower back issues. Since working at my VersaDesk I have had zero back issues. I have recommended the desk to several colleagues.

Excellent Customer Service

I had a great customer service experience with Ariel. Our desk had some engineering issues out of the box. Ariel and an engineer worked with us to get a replacement and they even sent an installer to put it together to ensure there no further issues.

Although everyone we spoke with was great, I was especially impressed with how responsive Ariel was and how quickly the entire company worked to get us a replacement. Though we had some hiccups, the desk is well-made and their customer service was top-notch.

I tried to place an order for 26 desks

I tried to place an order for 26 desks. I asked via text, as recommended on the website, for assurance that I could attach more than one component to the desk. One response quickly. I asked another question, no responses. I was told to call if I had further questions. I calledseveral times but no answer. I then emailed three times. No answer. Very glad I did not place a school order for 26 desks here. I would have wasted over $30k on a cmpany that does not care.

Quality product, worth the wait

First, let me say that it was worth the wait and hiccups because this is a very well made product and I expect it will last a lifetime. Arriving without instructions (so heavy it came on a pallet) on a Friday and I was unable to put together. First glitch, but got the instructions emailed to me on Monday. After learning that a piece was improperly mounted and doing Facetime with an engineer who figured it out, I was sent the correct piece and wahla my new split-level Habitat sit/stand desk is up and running. Very pleased with customer service and the product. I think they are growing fast and thus the hiccups.

Excellent Customer Support from Ariel Gurrea

I purchased a Versa keyboard arm, hoping to use it with my existing Versa Split-Level Adjustable Computer Table. When the installation instructions didn't seem to match my table's configuration, anticipating a move, I repackaged the unused product expecting a fresh attempt after settling in.
A subsequent effort produced the same frustration, so I contacted Versa Customer Support. Representative Ariel Gurrea, assigned to my case took care of the resolution process patiently and persistently. He followed up with me promptly after each email I sent, ultimately identifying a solution for a return and replacement with a keyboard drawer, a product designed to work with my table. Ariel's professionalism, follow-up and follow-through were stellar! Thanks so much, Ariel and Versa Tables.

Lifetime warranty was honored

I had 2 Versa Edison table tops that started warping after 10 years and the current design wouldn't fit so they replaced both tables. The entire process took 3 months but they stood behind their product. Kevin Aguilar was exceptional and went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you.

Crystal White Is Amazing

Crystal White Is Amazing! This is my second order from VersaTables. The first one went without a hitch. I had a serious attack of inattention when I ordered my second one. I wanted a 72" desk but checked the wrong box. When the 36" desk arrived, I contacted the company expecting to have to buy a whole new one. Instead, Crystal got me a return authorization for the short one, and worked out a great deal on a replacement desk. She basically held my hand (virtually) throughout the whole exercise, making it completely painless. She even arranged for FedEx to come to my house to pick up the return. If Crystal is an example of the quality of people working there, VersaTable has a truly outstanding staff. The desks are easy to assemble (even for a rocket scientist...) and provide a great addition to my home office. With people like Crystal there, I would expect. nothing less than an awesome product. My choice for office furniture!

Well-built tables

I ordered 15 Versa tables/parallel bars to use as drafting tables. The tables are well-built and sturdy. Maintenance assembled them and commented on the quality of construction. Two of the fifteen keyboard trays and one privacy panel were missing from the shipment. Randi Moskowitz ordered the parts, and they were received within a few weeks. Very pleased with the professional service as well as the quality of the tables.

Customer Support

Great customer support. Was having some issues with my desk. Contacted customer service and spoke with Anna. She was so patient, I was frustrated because I use my desk for work. Anna did troubleshooting with me, then asked Kevin to help review my situation to make sure they could get my situation fixed asap. Kevin came out made some adjustments to the equipment and now it’s work perfectly. So appreciate Anna and Kevin’s efforts to get me be back up and running.

So far a terrible experience

So far a terrible experience. And I still have not received my desk, over two months later though their site continues to show 15-18 day shipping. They fail to respond to emails and my calls leave me feeling like I am asking too much. Only to be told that it will ship by the next week. Steer clear until they can get their supply chain fixed in my opinion.

I think this company is a scam

I think this company is a scam. I purchased a desk but since the initial confirmation I've heard nothing about the status of my order in a month and I've not received any response from the company when I've tried to reach someone to get some answers.

I'm going to try to get my credit card company to charge back.

Update: they reached out to apologize and inform me of a delayed delivery date of mid-June, and offered to refund shipping, stating that someone would reach out about both of those things. We're now past what I consider to be mid-June and have still not heard anything.

A very disappointing experience. Avoid dealing with this company.

Disappointing Customer Deliverance

My company ordered the desk back in 2021, and it was delivered within a decent time. However, in February 2023, the keyboard's support snapped in half. The two screws were placed in particle board and snapped in half. I emailed all customer contact emails with no reply for a month. I then contacted customer service; they charged $150 for a replacement since I was out of warranty. I completely understand that, but it's been months, and still no product has been delivered. I just contacted again after a month of it being prepared, and Eddie stated that he would be in contact with an update. This communication has been going on since February and May with still no resolution. It's such a disappointing experience since Eddie has been so nice every time I've dealt with him, but enough is enough.

If you could puree this desk itd become Ambrosia
