Still waiting on my order. I contacted Versatables 4 times inquiring about my order before I got a response saying it has not shipped (30 days since initial order) and don’t know when it will or ETD.

Fast reply to questions. Easy checkout. Good selection and fair pricing.

I bought sample units to try. If they work out, I will buy some more.

The order took months to ship. Plus, the large delivery truck could not fit down my street, so I had to make arrangements to meet the driver and pick up the items in a truck I supplied.

The unit assembled perfectly and without issue. It is rock solid and surpassed my expectations. I'm very happy with the quality, fit and finish of the furniture. The ball bearing drawer glides silky smooth and heavy duty. I would definitely buy more products from Versa.

The only issue was the lengthy time to ship and the delivery problem. But shipping was very cheap for the poundage, so guess I can't complain. But I wonder what would have happened if I did not have access to a small truck.

Oh...there were also some scratches to the top of the table from rubbing on the metal in the box. Some of the marks cut into the top material, but it was very slight. I was able to rub out most of it with a cleaning / polishing agent and some elbow grease, so I didn't complain.

If you buy something from Versa, the ship time may not be measured in days or weeks...but in seasons. I guess it just depends on your luck. Versa said there were problems with product supplier delays.

I could have easily given Versa a 1-star review for the months it took to ship the product, but if you can be patient, you will get some outstanding furniture for a fair price.

I looked at a lot of computer furniture before buying from Versa and nothing compared to Versa anywhere close to it in price. If you are in a rush to get your furniture, make sure Versa can supply it within your timelines.

Great Follow-up

Perfect convertible desk to transition between sitting and standing. It has been a game changer.

I bought a simple computer table from versatables. The desk was easy to arm, and very nice quality. The delivery didn’t take too long either overall a great experience with this company and their product.

Missing hardware. Missing hardware in the replacement kit.

This is our 5th stand up riser we have ordered for our office. The employees absolutely love them.

Ordering process was super simple. Looking forward to receiving my desk.

I purchased my new electric Versa stand up desk converter, and I love it, much easier to move up and down and quality is excellent

Everything I expected and more. The surprise is how wonderful the customer support and sales teams are with information. I highly recommend their products.

The whole purchase experience was a headache. I was told the tables were in stock order #712275, I knew they were coming from California so I expected a delay in shipment with what’s going on. After 2 weeks I called to get an update as I had not received it, they informed me they had a logistical error and could offer me a monitor stand but it would take an additional 2 weeks. Needless to say I needed these ASAP as I was setting up my front office of the business, I explained that that time frame did not work for me and cancelled the order ticket # 821440882. They said they would cancel no problem, a week later I get an email with a tracking number. I called them again to let them know that this was incorrect as I had cancelled my order. I even replied by email just to have records of this, ticket # 829348439. well sure enough another 2 weeks have passed and I have not received my money. Every time I call I’m on hold for a minimum of 20minutes plus. Do not buy from this company
Ordered date was was 3/4/22 my last call to them before calling credit card company because they would not refund my money on 4/7/22 I believe 31 days is more than enough to refund someone from their mistakes.

Great desk. Loving it.

Wish setup instructions were little more intuitive but I was able to setup the desk using them though.

I was confused whether the Foundry Bench came with monitor arms or not.

My go to for PPE equipment. Good quality and excellent service. I don't bother to look anywhere else as I know that what I am getting will always work.

Great product, best drafting table I've had in many years. Had a few minor issues with hardware during assembly but was easily resolved and the customer service and delivery was top notch. Highly recommend Versa Tables to anyone looking for a solid, quality desk solution. Especially if you prefer to shop local in CA.

The gray top was not well advertised online. It looks entirely different. I expected solid gray and instead, I received an old table top from my 1990s computer lab. I waited too long for this desk, the tracking was incredibly inaccurate, and the desk is so heavy that I had no intention of repackaging and hauling it down 3 flights of stairs to be returned. Additionally, the online ordering process was even worse. We had to contact customer service because the website was down. This was not a great experience. My next purchase will be with a competitor. There are other options out there for half the price. I give it three stars because assembly wasn't bad, although seems cheaper than my original VariDesk. Once assembled, the functionality seems fine so far (quiet, and user-friendly interface). The top isn't horrible, but definitely unexpected in comparison to online images.

This is my second table from Versa and I’m very pleased with them. On my second order, the table top was damaged and the Versa team was quick to provide a replacement. Top notch customer service on top of the great quality products.
