Terrible company signed up for the welcome offer and as soon as my bet settled they said client is restricted and it wouldnt let me use the free bets and the customer service is absolutely f@*cking useless AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Created a new account with Vbet and deposited £10 to make a qualifying bet which once settled Vbet would provide two £5.00 free bets. Upon trying to use one of £5.00 free bets it kept getting blocked with an error message saying a restriction had been put in place.

After speaking to Eric on the online chat I was advised that some information I had provided in my original application had provided concerns to Vbet over my finances. Presumably I had ticked a box claiming I was unemployed. Therefore they had put a block on me using the £5.00 free bet until I provide proof of income such as a payslip or bank statement. They claim that this is so they can do checks as a “responsible gambling operator”. I asked if they had concerns why did they let me make a £10 qualifying bet. After asking the same question three times and getting fobbed off I have gave up hoping for an answer.

This company are clearly incompetent and are just looking at any opportunity to not provide a free bet which they should be providing as part of a sign up offer once the qualifying bet is complete.

My bank sent me a new card, change over from old to new easy? that's what you might think. Proof wanted from bank that it is my card.
Then I wanted to withdraw MY funds £220 took 13 working days, that's 3 weeks.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE, THEY ARE WORSE THAN WHAT YOU FIND IN THE GUTTER. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

wish I could give a zero!!! Absolute rubbish site, the customer service team are scammers and don't even help with my FIRST withdrawal! Been going on this for 2 F ing months and can I just say another who wants to try for their promotion offers, you better not and completey turn away from this site becasue that money you will never see again. Saying the system doesn't work for bank transfers then asking for other methods to be used but needing you to make a deposit first, absolute dog shiite!!!! I'll tell you what, this company are complete b-tches for doing this, fack you all!!!!!!!!!!

This is by far the worst betting service that I have had the misfortune to join. Offer free bets but they then make it really difficult to use the bets.
The actual site is shockingly bad and best avoided.
My advice is do not go anywhere near this betting site. One of the worst about.

Awful company and useless customer services. Entice you with free bet offers, let you spend the money and then deny the free bets they changed the terms without warning. And the website’s clunky and slow.

Too bad to be true.... dont sign up with this, they are changing their offers without any info or notice, and when you go to ask for your free bets bonuses etc.. they tell you 'aaaa too bad we changed the rules :D' avoid at any cost....

Just opened an account, needed to reset my password but the reset function doesn't work. Spoke to support but they could only tell me it wasn't working, no idea when it would be fixed. At least that what I've been told. So glad I don't actually have any money tied up in my account.

When will trustpilot acknowledge casinos ask customers to give a good review when they win and I've even seen sites offer free spins for a good review. This site is like many others nowadays, extremely badly run and borderline criminal. Don't ignore the bad reviews for sites like this, if a site is decent with bad reviews they'll have support replying here!!

I have made multiple withdrawals in the past and it all worked fine.

A few days ago, I made another withdrawal and it was rejected because they were updating their system so they told me to submit the withdrawal again.

I did it and after some time, I contacted them and was told that the withdrawal has been approved and it should clear within 72 hours.

I waited and checked with them for at least another 4 times or more about the issue as the withdrawal usually takes only around 2-3 hour to clear at max after they approve it. All they said was that there is nothing wrong on their side and ignored me otherwise.

They didn't even ask their Payments Department to help to check on the delay or anything at all. Just said "you need to wait until it is paid". When I asked how long, they just said they do not know the exact timeframe.

This is how you will be treated.

Deposited about £20 done the welcome offer, didnt even get to use my free bets before they made the decision for me that based on my bank statement, which I uploaded solely as proof of address, showed I have ''limited sources to gambling'' didn't realise they are financial advisors as well, lucky I managed to withdraw my winnings from the qualifying bet before they restricted my account, given all the reviews I should have known better than to give my money to these scumbags.

They wont let me withdraw my funds even though i have submitted the correct evidence. Please don't use them.

Be careful who you give your information to, when I asked them to close my account and delete data they replied that they will 'consider' it, within the next month.
Update: Apparently they have to keep the data for 5 years, so told me they won't delete it until then.

As someone who is very familiar with Blackjack, and even worked in a casino as a Blackjack dealer, this casino IS fixed. Literally went on a 20 go run without a run which is statistically extremely unlikely. I even lost several times with 20. Furthermore, no Blackjack for me in half an hour of playing. Save yourself money and DO NOT use this site for table games. I feel sick to lose money to them. Hopefully they will go bust.

Deposited got free bets eventually now they won’t release my winnings have sent the paper work in 6 times they require and they are now saying they are closing my account absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company.
They entice you in with a promise of freebets if you do there offers, however once you do the offers they then block you from doing them again.

After placing a few bets with my own money, I tried to use the promotional "free vets" and found I was already restricted from using them.

They're happy to take your money, but woe betide you try and actually use the promotions they offer.

Gave me two free five pound bets, first won at 9/4, second won at 9/2, next day email saying I'm barred from using promotions lol, vbet only let you use them if you're a mug punter
