Honestly wouldn't bother wasting your money on this crap site especially on slots. The free spins trigger hardly ever gets activated and when it does it gives you poor winnings, the only thing thats good about this site is the quick withdrawals but you hardly get to experience that as you never win enough.

Awful experience, clicked the "deposit £5 / place bet via Trustly offer" to get a free £5 in-play free bet. Free bet never arrived, had chat conversation and it was then credited to the account (positive news)..... however absolutely no chance of using it, the website is so poor, lagging response times, would never allow me to place bet as odds kept changing before request was processed. Additionally on the occasional time I did get through there wasn't enough liquidity in their account ?...... I tried placing a 'Draw' on a live Premier League game on Sky TV (West Ham / Man City) and error message "maximum bet allowed £2.93" ????......In terms of numbers, I won my initial £5 bet, so balance was £9.25, but unable to withdraw less than £10 (I wasn't going to deposit anymore following reviews on this site). I ended up betting the £9.25, but hedged it on 'Smarkets' so came away with £9.06 - Avoid at all costs !!!!

Very sneaky, signed up for a welcome offer, deposited £20, only to be told it had to be from a payment service I’ve never used before. When you question this they produce the standard small print hidden miles away at the bottom of the offer. Plus the slots are set at a ridiculously high level, you’ll be lucky to win £1 from a £20 spend. Wouldn’t recommend this site at all

I'm a new customer and accidentally took an offer that meant my deposit went into bonus casino balance I didnt wan't.
I spoke to Nathaniel a support agent and not only did they fix my mistake, they pointed me in the direction of a better offer!

So I've had my VBET UK account for a couple of days. Signed up on the 'Bet £10 get 2x £5 free bets, £10 Casino bonus and 20 free spins'
I used my free bets (one still being in play) - Won on the settled free bet. Gave their £10 casino bonus a go (intended to play with the bonus only due to not being all that into Casino games)
Wagered it on one game to a total of £300 as per T&C, ended the slot game after 30mins once £300 was wagered, made a total of £400 and decided to see if I could withdraw. Total amount was in my bank within 2 minutes literally.
I can't speak for anyone else and their experience but I can't fault the experience I've had with them.
Will definitely be placing more Sportbook bets with them going forward purely due to the service efficiency I've had.
Just follow all T&Cs and I can't see why anyone would have any issues.

Created account made a bet and the account got locked. Support just keeps repeating that it is in T&Cs and they can just do that at will. almost a week and no difference. would not recommend.

I opened an account and placed £10 for there promotion. I qualified and used the free bets and won £20. Since then I have received an email stating that my account has been suspended on any Promotions or Bonus features and my stake has been limited. The financial team actioned this so the Customer Service are not able to help with this Enquiry. A typical bookie that can't take a loss, especially £20 which is laughable. Avoid.

The restrict you which is pathetic because all of a sudden i cannot bet more than 20p on the champions league outriight winner.
I have been betting longer than this bookmaker knew how to spell the word football, in all my 30+ years in gambling i think i have found the worst site out there, very poor promotions, infact what promotions .. it really is pathetic, just like a couple of other bookmakers over the past month, this one will be the next to go and good riddance to bad rubbish.

I've just used this site and found it to be really good... I never take bonuses as I know that they always cause confusion and leave a bad taste ...that is standard with all but Vbet look like they are doing their bit for responsible gambling as they limit deposit levels and consider what you can afford to spend ...Good site well impressed

So I found it easier asking customer servicer where is my 2nd free bet, free spins and free casino credits. So in total I messaged CS 3 times over the course of a night.

I then find out my funds are frozen, I email again asking why and I get the same reply. They'll ask the related department.

I email them again the next few days demanding an answer then asking for their managers email address , and I get the same reply to wait.

I push it again for the mangers email. And I get a reply from a different CS agent, who says my issue has been passed onto someone else.

I get no reply, so I email them again demanding an update or I will speak with their CEO (vigen.badalyan) and resolver.

While I wait for a reply. I try with drawing once more. And to my shock I was able to withdraw my winnings.

I will wait for the funds to clear before requesting my account to be closed.

So far the withdrawals have been within 5-10 mins of requesting it. The online site is sleek, but at times slow to respond and can be quite irritating

They entice you into a nice welcome offer, but make it difficult or make you go through hoops to get it. Please note, if you don't make your first deposit using Trustly or SafeCharge, say goodbye to the casino welcome bonus.
