I know people only complain when things go wrong, but VBET are a terrible company even by the standards of bookmakers.

My account was closed for spurious reasons with several hundred pounds in the account, and they have blocked my access so I can't withdraw.

Rinse them for all you can, but never deposit large sums as these crooks will keep your money and use smilies on the live chat when you complain.

Reported to the gambling commission.

disgusting company. Signed up for their free bet, deposited and played. Free bet showed, but when you go to use it, you cant because its restricted. I then go to chats and they ask for ID with a selfie of me holding it. What a load of rubbish! not everyone does these stupid selfie shots. bigger site even don't! so i did not get my free bets ad asked for account to be closed. i hope they go bust.

Crap. They said my verification was unsuccessful, and closed my account. When asked why they say its confidential. This never happened with other bookies.

This has to be the worst betting site there is,you deposit after deposit its gone in seconds,slots are rigged zero RTP,you dont win anything just dead spin after dead spin,impossible to hit a bonus round,stay away its a scam site.

I have deposited money to this site 4 days ago. It says in the terms that I can play ALL pragmatic play slots with bonus money. I have my money and bonus money. There are 2 games i enjoy playing bronco spirit and golden beauty both are pragmatic play games. yet when I go to play these games I cannot. I have been back and forth on chat and they say its being resolved each time. It as now been 96 hours and nothing as been resolved. The terms are not correct as I cannot play the games I really enjoy playing. They should change these so I would not of made a deposit I would of gone elsewhere or let me play my favourite games. Anyway my point is there terms are not what they say and my issue has not been resolved in 96 hours. please be aware if it does be resolved I will come back and change this.If it does not and takes longer again. I will specify how long and its not been solved.

Signed up provided my ID and was told it was rejected and my account was closed and they refused to give me a reason. Further more they will confirm whether they will delete my ID.. avoid these scammers.

Rubbish site ..really slow always buffering ...takes ages for football bets ..bad set up to the site...and the casino is s total rip off ..I couldn't find an option to close my account so just self excluded for ever ....don't think this lot will last long

This Casino don’t like winners! Be aware people, if you win they will find a ridiculous excuse to close your account, they only like losers! Avoid there is more reliable options around. They close my account because they didn’t accept my bank statement, they ask in a PDF and I send a PDF, they they said was the same and they need a new one!? What!? Is a bank statement… scam artists! AVOID!

This company is truly awful.
Joined up, placed a £10 bet then tried to use my free bet but account was restricted. I had to send identification documents off plus a selfie of me holding my passport. The selfie was rejected three times because and I quote " the arm holding the passport next to your face must be fully visible" I know you can get some good selfies but getting all that detail at one arms length is nigh on impossible. They then closed my account three days later as I didn't resend a selfie. No thought of me being busy with my job etc, just closed the account.
I get the feeling that this company will come up with anything to avoid honouring the free bet.
Avoid at all costs.

So yesterday I saw that I can't bet more that few dollars on any given event. I contacted support multiple times. They keep saying nothing wrong with my account lol. So I told my friend to open an account and check max bet limit for exact same events. He can bet thousands of dollars while my account is restricted to few $. Support was very helpful on other problem I had before. But this time they completely flipped on me. I gave them proof. Screenshot from both my and my friends account.
They still keep saying again and again "nothing wrong with my account"

Avoid, run, flee. Don't waste your time. Honestly shocked this company exists. Read the reviews, 70 % + 1 stars reviews. That is some achievement, a singular awful experience. Shame, Shame, Shame. The worst betting site I’ve come across. I signed up and deposited £10 and placed the bet on their website, suddenly they closed my account because apparently “my income is too low”. They didn’t say that when I was depositing money into the account. They stole £10 from me, so please do not use this website.

This is without a shadow of a doubt the worst betting company I have come across. I was lured in by the offer of a free bet after placing a qualifying one. This bet settled and I didn't win, but thought I would at least have another bite of the cherry with my free bet. What a surprise it was then, when I tried to place this bet and it came up with client restricted! I asked and they advised their verification team where looking at my account. They then came back asking for proof of affordability. Funny but they were not concerned with affordability when I was using my own money to bet, but they were now it came to using the free bet! Still I went along with it and sent them one of the documents they specified, which more than showed comfortable affordability. Then surprise surprise they came back advising it was rejected. At this point I have gone back and asked to close my account. I hope other people do not fall for this and surprised this sort of thing is allowed to happen in the UK. Disgusted.

Self excluded from so many big betting sites thought I would read reviews on the smaller less popular betting sites. All reviews are full of 1 stars on all sites moaning about them being frauds etc. I can't comment on those reviews but found V Bet decent. Set up was easy, just had to upload driving licence which was easy. Collected £130 at 4pm on a Saturday and it was in my bank when I woke up on the Sunday so fast payouts.
Odds eint great and site isn't that easy to navigate but they certainly are not a fraudulent company from my experience!

I've been playing on vbet for 5 days. I was a bout £60 in on day 2, got upto £150 and ended up taking £100 out. Very surprised to see it in my account within an hour. Especially after reading reviews on here.
Just gone back on with a tenner to have a little go on dead or alive 1, £600 on 18p spins. Hit the wildline again. Paid out a £500 withdrawal again within the hour!
I'm sure they will ask for some verification at some point but they all do eventually! Definitely one of the better casinos in my eyes!

Closed my account for no reason, there's still money being held in it. Never honoured the free bet welcome offer. Have no idea whether we will ever see that balance money again! Go to William Hill instead.
