I had my card frozen (21st September)due to me using incorrect pin number when 1st using the card, fair enough, my bad.
20 days, and several phone calls later, still locked, no solution given except it will take 3-5 working days, 5 working days, 1-2 working days etc. I even got passed to a manager, still no joy.
3 weeks tomorrow and STILL locked

Wasted my time on call asked for help was made to do a form
On call, the advisor kept on going on hold and asking the same questions thought I was getting somewhere until she said unable to help and can set up a DD instead. Vanquis is useless as always
Once I’ve paid off the account I’m closing the account.
