We are satisfied with Wheelhouse. There is certainly an increase in our revenue since using the service. At times the syncing feature is a bit sluggish. But overall, we are happy with the product!

Amazing product !! You just set it on automatic and watch your revenue increase :) Also ahead of its competitors IMO in terms of features...

Wheelhouse provides an awesome tool to help price out my Airbnb nightly rates, set minimum stays, and provide insights into local trends. The customer service representatives always respond quickly and are super knowledgeable too. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using Wheelhouse for about three years and it keeps getting better. My property is almost always booked! The algorithm seems to be optimizing my profits, and I don’t spend any time thinking about my rates.

Wheelhouse easily increased my Airbnb revenues by at least 5% as compared to Airbnb's own dynamic pricing, a fact alone that justifies using it! But add into it the ability to set dynamic minimum stays and to easily control everything from one dashboard, and it's a no-brainer!

The mobile site (at least on Android) could use some more improvements, but this is minor is seems to be improving consistently.

I’ve used wheelhouse for a couple years now for my four short term rental listings. The software continuously gets smarter and more intuitive. The program is dynamic and allows you to control every aspect of pricing, length of stay, seasonal trends, and more to get the most revenue for your short term rental listings. I’ve referred several others to use this platform. My only suggestion is that I wish I could link the other website where I get at least half of my bookings from. Also, a more mobile friendly website or app would be ideal, too. Overall, wheelhouse is a great value and I would not consider any other service.

I learned about wheelhouse shortly after setting up our first sort term rental unit on Airbnb. It is a fantastic product, user-friendly, and removes the hassle of managing the listing's price. I highly recommend wheelhouse to anyone who owns a short-term rental.

Free money. Wheelhouse increased our revenue by simply switching on the service. I can't help but tinker towards maximum optimization but it could literally be as easy as connecting your listing and walking away. Not automating your pricing is now such an archaic concept and Wheelhouse is the best way to go.

I've been using wheelhouse for my Airbnb listing for about 4 years now and love it. Their new pricing is actually a better a deal than before and they've added features and market comparables and tons of data. I use a ton of their features to get very dynamicing pricing (and dynamic minimum stays) based on seasonality, how far the dates are out, etc. I've found that wheelhouse's pricing (even when set to aggressive) can be conservative so sometimes I use the feature to raise prices another 10-20% and I still get booked. Highly recommend the platform.

I have been using usewheelhouse for 1.5years. I had benefited from very stable rental rates after using this service. The monthly cost pays for itself, and I do not have to worry about being priced too low. I enjoy using the software and the folks behind this program are very good people who answers my questions and concerns. I feel they really care about their subsribers.

Wheelhouse has been great since I started using it almost one year ago. We started our first vacation rental and immediately signed up to Wheelhouse. I was intimidated at first with all the settings but they quickly became easy and the online support is what really made it great. I had so many questions and I get quick responses with any new scenario that comes up. We now have our second vacation rental and I never worry about pricing. I have all my settings pre-set and I can open up my calendar more than a year in advance and not worry that I'm priced too low during our busy season.
