I have to use a competitor tu price one property because Wheelhouse doesn’t cover that specific market and I can say with confidence that Wheelhouse is my go-to tool where available.

This app has allowed me to earn a lot more compared to if I didn’t have it. For example, my Airbnb is close to uptown Charlotte, NC and I got a notification recently that a guest booked for two nights for $1,300. Apparently there was a big college football game in town and the app adjusted the rate automatically for those dates because it recognizes, events, trends, and historical data and so much more. I’m not even taking advantage of all this program has to offer. You can choose your own rates or go with “conservative,” “recommended,” and “aggressive.” I can’t imagine trying to set rates manually like I was before. The system even allows you to choose a global minimum so no matter what’s going on you know you’re not going below a certain rate…..

Wheelhouse has increased my revenue. It's definitely worth the price. The best thing is I can forget about pricing and just let the experts do it.

Wheelhouse is the best revenue management system I have found for STRs. The team is responsive, innovative, and provide in depth information for users. I find this to be the perfect match, both for those who want to set it and forget it, and for those who wish to dig deep into the data and continue to optimize their system. Pricing is competitive, but the benefits FAR outweigh the cost. Highly recommend.

I have used wheelhouse for over 2 years and my bookings have increased dramatically!

I've been using Wheelhouse for about 18 months. We have an AirBnB in a sleepy vacation village in north-central California -- and pricing is quite a challenge. Using Wheelhouse's interface I have gradually tweaked our rates and our policies and I am now completely convinced that for our goals (high occupancy, high-return, 5-10-day stays), we are doing nearly the best possible. W're at 93% occupancy and nearly $75K in gross revenue. The return on investment for this service is nearly incalculable -- if you want the best day over day, week over week, month over month return on your vacation rental, Wheelhouse is for you. Strong recommendation.

I am just getting used to using Wheelhouse and it is night and day superior to the mass of spreadsheets, downloads and delays that used to drive our pricing at my last company. Extremely intuitive and the software seems to improve every week.
