Everything went smoothly.

Every thing went as planned this bus driver was great!

On Monday, our driver was 20 minutes late in picking up our group for the return trip home. It was cold, and 55 of our top executive customers were left standing out in the cold waiting. When I called dispatch, they were not very helpful, sharing that the driver would be there within 5-10 minutes with no reason as to why he was so late.

Then again on Wednesday night, we were dropped off at our boat party by the water and the driver was 20 minutes late picking us up, leaving our guests standing out in the icy cold rain.

I am not asking for a refund or money back, but I did just want to express to you how frustrating and disappointing this was. I thought US Coachways was a well known and reliable company, but that did not prove to be true.

The bus was messy, wasn't filled with gas and the DVD player did not work.

Our group has used US Coachways for several trips to Bruin's hockey games. They are reliable and very accommodating to work with. I highly recommend them for a group event.

US Coachways provided prompt service. The driver was fantastic and got the guests to the location in time to enjoy the festivities.

As a business owner I did a lot of business with Us Coachways and they are really the best in the charter buses business.

Maintain your buses better. No show for issues then rescheduled and delayed 3 times. If you can't provide the selected time for service say so. Disappointed in service.

On time service, driver was extremely professional and courteous to all of our requests. He was very very polite and assisted us with all of our inquiries and interests.

Our driver was punctual & very friendly. Even offered the chaperones bottles of water. His bus was clean & we arrived there & back safely.

If I could give less than one star I would do so. A bus trip was planned to go 12 hours away and upon the arrival of the first bus, we discovered that it had no heat in the bus. We had to wait 2.5 hours on the side of the road for a second bus and when that arrived it was even worse than the first. The bus smelled of exhaust fumes inside of the bus the entire time, the outlets on the passenger side did not work, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, about 6 hours into the return trip back, the heat/ac stopped working in the bus, the outside marker lights stopped working, all of the instrument panel lights activated giving a battery/alternator failure. This was the absoloute worst experience I have ever had on a trip and would NEVER recommend this company. They should be ashamed of this condition and risk that they put the passengers on this bus....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The driver was nice and was able to come 30 minutes early to pick us up. Very bumpy, loud bass, and lots of jolting/braking.

It was great experience, from booking all the way to bus ride and back! Would recommend

Excellent service and company

US Coachways provides excellent customer service and charters for our college campus visits, in-state, out of state, and overnight. I appreciate Lenny and his team for always taking care of us.

Bus was on time , driver was courteous and competent . The bus itself was clean and very comfortable
