Our bus drivers were the BEST!! They were on time, dropped us off right at the theater! And in busy NYC picked us up right on time!!!

Bus on time. Knew where we were going. Acceleration and braking not jerky or sudden. Only negative comment was leftover streamers and items from previous users, but when I mentioned it to the driver, it was cleaned up between stops.

Booked for our clients with relative short notice.
Confirmation came smoothly.
Arrived on time.
Staff and Customers praised the service!

Jerry was our main driver and Ralph also drove. Both were true gentlemen and very kind and respectful. Our students all said Jerry is a part of our family now, after a 7 day trip from Illinois to Disney world and back. I recommend this company and if I ever need to use a company I will suggest them first.

The driver was excellent. On time and where we needed her at all pickups.
The bus was clean and in good shape.

Our students were VERY excited to attend Grad Bash! It is a once in a lifetime experience for students. US Coachways sent a bus driven by a non CDL Driver to our school to meet our driver that did not have AC in FL! The temp on the bus was at least 90 degrees. The company expected our students to ride 3 hours on a hot bus. The driver of the bus declined to even drive the bus for the students! To add insult to injury, US Coachways TRIED to charge us a cancellation fee for declining to ride on a hot bus. Needless to say after waiting for 4 hours for a resolution, we had no other option but to cancel. This is the second time we have had issues with this company. We will NOT be using them again, nor should you! Our students missed out on a very sentimental event that can not be recreated, as they are graduating in June. Do better US Coachways, Do better!

Our trip was overwhelming. From the moment we saw the coach, the driver stepped off and introduced himself to our ride to our destination. We felt honored to be treated with such professionalism and respect. Our driver John Boone felt like a member of our families.

The 2 shuttles were on time and the drivers did a very good job both days of our event.

The drivers Kismet and Sam were on time, professional, and friendly to all of our guests. They made the ride enjoyable and everyone had a memorable time. Also, the online submission for the charters was a simple process and I was kept informed with details throughout the entire process.

I totally would NEVER use this company for bus rental! They are merely a BROKER, and thus don’t have a fleet of buses to choose from. You can do the work yourself without the headache. I booked a coach with them for my students’ field trip for $850, with a signed contract in hand. I then received an email 24 hours later stating that it was a demand for buses and my price now would be $1190!!!!!

This is totally unprofessional, unethical and a breach of a service contact! Essentially, they could not find a coach after booking the contract. The cost for the bus was not this issue it was the principle, I can’t have a floating cost based on a company that doesn’t due their due diligence or honor their service agreement. Stay FAR AWAY!

Customer service and follow up were as expected and adequate from booking to the day of departure. The rest of the trip to the Bible Museum in Washington DC was regrettable. The bus arrived late at the church for the pick up by 15 minutes, then stopped 15 minutes for fuel. That's when we began to start noticing the bus was filthy, crumbs crackers dried fruit all over the floor, the hand tracks above the seats next to the luggage compartments we filled with debris and the bathroom had feces on the seat, which we cleaned, the lock was inoperable the light was so dim when on you could not see once the door was closed. The driver realizing we were now going to be late getting to Washington DC for our private museum tour, attempted to make up time by traveling at sometimes 20MPH over the posted speed limit (according to my Waze travel app) We switched lanes frequently, squeezed several cars off onto the side of 3 different exit ramps, braked hard frequently followed by excessive acceleration. Several members of our trip experienced motion sickness and one vomited it was so bad. Once in DC I was asked where does the bus go to drop off, where does the bus park, where does the bus come to pick us up? None of this responsibility was explained to me and I would have thought if you offered a trip to a destination like a museum with over 2 months notice in booking you would have done some prep work on the details after all busses are big! The trip home was no better and the only reason they earned 1 star is we did not crash, the bus did not break down and no one was killed . I unfortunately cannot recommend this company, leaving a poor review is never easy or pleasant but this is an factual accounting or our experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Our bus had a gas smell that made people nauseous, the AC didn't work, and the windshield was cracked. Customer service was horrible. It took over an hour for someone to contact us and they would not accommodate us with another bus, and everyone had to take Ubers back to our original pickup, costing hundreds of dollars. The way they wanted to accommodate us was by giving a credit towards a future bus. I would never use them again. If I could give NO STARS, I would.

The bus was clean and a really nice ride. The driver was professional and very helpful.

The communication from the central office and dispatch Was excellent. I did need to proactively reach out two weeks prior to the trip, however, they confirmed all details the week before the trip. The drivers were early and courteous throughout our trip.

Well, it is great to have the experience with your company...service is on time, detailed and, good service only the driver drives fast and brakes suddenly that makes me nervous. Thanks!

Everything about the experience was amazing. Booking with Michelle was an absolute pleasure and our driver was incredible. They all made sure our trip was safe and successful.

Everything about this trip was wonderful. Planning with Michelle was smooth and efficient. Our driver, Amin, was friendly and courteous. Departures and arrivals were on time. This is the third time we have used US Coachways for our Senior group, but it won't be the last. I highly recommend them with pleasure!
