Michelle spoke with me over the phone to confirm our itinerary and she was extremely professional. Willing to answer any questions that I had and very quick to respond to emails. Our drivers were great. My only concern was the electrical outlets were not consistent. We used 4 55 passenger buses and paid for the electrical outlet upgrade. Only about half of our electrical outlets worked or were accessible for our students. Overall, I would recommend US Coachways. We will definitely be using US Coachways for future band trips.

School Trip

Khalina was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond her way to make sure we got our charter bus scheduled on short notice!

It was easy to book and the driver was punctual, got us where we needed to go safely. I do wish that I could double check with the driver or bus company a week ahead rather than the day before the trip. That would just lessen my anxiety as a planner.

The booking process was great and Mike was very helpful. However, the buses had an odor to them that my students and I noticed throughout the trip.

The whole good experiences from time to booked the charter to finish the trip.

The bus driver arrived on time and helped the women that had difficulty boarding the bus.
the bus driver drove carefully and not too fast.
The bus driver was friendly, crdial and very responsive toe the needs of this elderly population.

From booking to our destination back and forth was great no issues.

Driver was great , trip was a huge success

Driver's didn't check the route to the destination and tried to take us over the Canadian boarder and extended the trip at least 6 hours

US Coachways cancelled on us, less than 24 hrs to the scheduled outing for 50 attending a college football game several hours away. Email stated "Mechanical issue not able to be repaired in time" and "were not able to secure a replacement bus". Apparently their advertised "unparalleled access to a vast network of charter bus vendors" is a lie. Clearly they are unreliable. DO NOT USE !

The bus was late picking us up from the venue which added fees and stress to the bride and groom: I only give two stars because the driver did his best other than parking us at an odd angle with ADA people on board. And he could’ve turned around after honestly.
This causes a domino effect that resulted in the bride sliding down the center of the dirty aisle as others lost their footing on the slope when there was flat ground on the road in front of the Airbnb … the MOH (myself) and the bride spent an hour in the bathroom after getting off the bus attempting to clean her dress when she should’ve been having fun at her rented Airbnb.
The bathrooms didn’t work which turned and hour drive into an almost 2 hour drive as we had to stop when people needed facilities in order to avoid accidents seeing as we were coming from a wedding reception and transportation was hired since we were too intoxicated to drive. The speakers on the bus didn’t work so thankfully the best men had brought the biggest speaker back from the venue for us to try to remain as excited as we were when getting on the bus, but the length without promised facilities and no music for a while kind of killed that as his speaker died after a day of events.
Overall the lack of empathy and customer service response really sealed the deal because it’s the wedding day and we did everything right only to have added costs and added stress on such an otherwise amazing day.

We booked US Coachways for our wedding night, expecting a smooth ride to cap off an amazing day. Unfortunately, they completely ruined the evening. The bus showed up late, causing us to be charged extra by the venue. Things only got worse from there.

Despite the bus being advertised with a bathroom, it was broken and locked. After a night of celebrating and drinking, we had 24 people on a bus with no way to use the restroom for what was supposed to be a one-hour ride. To make matters worse, the driver went the wrong way, turning our one-hour drive into a two-hour nightmare. By the time we arrived, everyone was exhausted and the celebratory mood was gone.

The driver then parked on a slant, even though there was plenty of flat road available. Several people slipped when getting off the bus, and one person fell into me, which ruined my wedding dress. The floors were so dirty that it left black streaks on my dress that I now can’t get out.

To top it all off, the Bluetooth system didn’t work properly. The audio was filled with static and popping noises, so we couldn’t even enjoy music for what was supposed to be a fun, party atmosphere.

This was my wedding night, and it was completely ruined by US Coachways. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable or professional transportation service, especially for such an important event. Especially for how much it cost!!

Can we bless the lord Jesus. I loved the trip, the driver, the bus, and the company. I appreciate the ease of booking the trip. I loved how the driver arrived on time and departed on time. Communication by all parties is so important and it was very easy working with all concern

The experience was great from start to finish. The driver showed up early, dressed very nice and professional. The bus was clean, and we arrived to and from our destination safely and on time. The driver was a cautious driver and great overall. Highly recommend US Coachways.

The bus sent from this company was nearly an hour late, and came with no working bathrooms. According to my friend, who got married that day, he spent a long time distracted from his own wedding celebration trying to get ahold of the company or the driver to find out where the bus is. On top of this, when we finally got on and got moving, the bus started the wrong direction, and a trip that should've only been an hour lasted two hours. Definitely some issues that need to be worked out at this company regarding customer service. If someone is paying you a lot of money to safely and securely transport people there shouldn't be this many issues
