Very helpful when you want to take out a policy, but not so helpful when you don't want to renew a policy. I emailed, telephoned and wrote a letter saying I didn't wish to renew my policy. I eventually spoke to a person on the telephone, but I have never received a formal confirmation that my policy has been cancelled. Fortunately I had deleted the direct debit.

Excellent service from Usay. Sam was persistent, but never intrusive. He provided good sound advice about the products, with a quick turnaround of quotes. He patiently arranged and rearranged calls to meet my own convenience over a period of several months. I said from the outset that I wanted to compare quotes with other sources, which is what I was able to do. In the end the quote he provided was the most competitive and I purchased the insurance.
