Very good service. We literally went through every aspect of what my medical insurance would provide. Every detail was analysed before I decided to sign up. It made me feel that I was pretty sure that I had got the best deal possible for my budget.

Clear information, answered my questions and concerns professionally

Very professional, not pushy, informative, listened to our needs and that we had done other comparisons. Very happy to email the information to us so that we could have a proper look and discuss things. Happy to organise a follow up phone call the following day. Very prompt. We decided to sign up to the policy he suggested at which point he went through everything and explained everything including what wouldn’t be covered. Over all a very positive experience.

I received excellent professional advice, Dan the advisor was extremely knowledgeable and approachable.

My wife and I signed up for their private medical cover and paid for the full year. When the year came to an end, we received a call asking if we wished to extend for another year. We said no, and the member of staff told us they would cancel this for us.

Instead, I then received at least 2-3 calls a week asking if I wanted to renew. Every single time, I repeated that I thought I had already cancelled. They then launched into their sales pitch about how they could make it cheaper, and even asked what I would do if my wife or I got sick tomorrow, using scare tactics to try and keep us signed up.

Honestly, it was a horrible experience. They make it so easy to sign up but so difficult to leave. This is disgusting behaviour from a company that should know better. They have lost a customer for good, and I will never recommend them to anyone who asks.

I just took out a health policy with Mike Bowden what a great help to set up and very open to give me direct contact .Keep it up and thankyou

Very helpful when you want to take out a policy, but not so helpful when you don't want to renew a policy. I emailed, telephoned and wrote a letter saying I didn't wish to renew my policy. I eventually spoke to a person on the telephone, but I have never received a formal confirmation that my policy has been cancelled. Fortunately I had deleted the direct debit.
