Excellent service from Usay. Sam was persistent, but never intrusive. He provided good sound advice about the products, with a quick turnaround of quotes. He patiently arranged and rearranged calls to meet my own convenience over a period of several months. I said from the outset that I wanted to compare quotes with other sources, which is what I was able to do. In the end the quote he provided was the most competitive and I purchased the insurance.

I didn’t really know where to start when it came to taking out a policy, so I filled in a few details online and got a call back. Liam, who was my advisor, was extremely helpful and made sure I ended up with the right policy for my situation. He was always on hand to answer any questions, big or small, which made the whole process feel a lot easier. I’m very happy with the policy I’ve taken out and it gives me real peace of mind.

I was a retired member of my old firm's private medical policy. I had never claimed for myself or my wife in over 30 years of membership (one claim for my son around 20 years ago). The (old) firm's proposed premium for 2026-2027 was 50% higher than that charged for 2025-2026. I told them that enough was enough. I approached Usaycompare (David Skipp) on the basis of a friend's recommendation. I got continuous, comprehensive medical cover for myself and my wife (£500 excess) for less than I paid my old firm in 2025-2026 and around 60% of the price requested by my old firm for 2026-2027. I would recommend Usaycompare to anyone, particularly anyone who believes that they are being overcharged by their company-corporate private medical policy provider.

My private health insurance renewal was up in July 26. I received and email asking when it would be convenient to have a chat. I replied. No one contacted me!
Tina phoned me within an hour of this review and explained my experience was not up to their usual standard.
I thank Tina for this and look forward to hearing from her next year when my policy is up for renewal.

Dreadful experience which has got worse each and every year since I have been transferred to Usay Compare.
It has got so bad over the last couple of years have decided to take my business elsewhere

I was very pleased with the continual dialogue with Mark. No problem in contacting him. He did a great job in sorting out the best Medical Health premium for me.

The agent was courteous and helpful and clearly articulated what I was needing by way of cover. He also called both times as arranged and answered my query promptly .

Things were explained comprehensively, the consultant was friendly and not pushy. When calls were arranged they were prompt and questions were answered quickly by email.

Daisy was very easy to talk to and was helpful in all areas in order to find what was best for me.
